Does your poop expertise also extend to things like Mountain Oysters and other similarly misnamed foods, or is it just the moose and bear (was it bear?)? :lmao:

It may be, but I used it as an excuse to do some pimping;)

That would be Elk and bear, the moose and beaver poop are in Canada.

Wow, we really did need a poop expert around here:lmao:

No.
And you need to construct a pile....I mean a monument in recognition of her new title......I have plenty of "material" from the horses if needed!

I'll drive down tonight (Virginia right) to pick up the supplies:scared1:

I interrupt this TFW to post a picture. Some of you have seen it but too bad. I am just thinking about this so I had to post. La-ti-da....

Yea me too--but I find it funny that I talk to you several times a day, but I haven't heard from my husband since Monday....... (somehow the international cell phone is just giving me voice mail :confused3 )
Have you heard from him yet?

Me too--the funny thing is that my step-dad's name is Joe, so I now have to say "Jo--in England said that....."
And then I get the worried looks....
:rotfl2: Just say I'm your long lost English cousin or something :rotfl2:

I feel that way, too!

I'll leave the light on for ya!

(we are headed to the high school football game tonight--everyone is excited! Jo--is that a big thing in England? Or maybe soccer instead of football??) It is the social event of the week here in small town America!

Have you heard from him yet?
Yes, finally! He was getting to site-see some, but was disappointed that he could not get tickets to see "The Last Supper" painting. FYI--you must get tickets 2 weeks in advance. BA said "that's too bad--I would have liked to see Leonardo di Caprio" :rotfl2:
He's touring a big opera house today. Then leaving at 6:55 am and getting here at 3 pm--after traveling over 12 hours. He'll be zonked on Sunday.

The girls and I are headed to my grandma's birthday party tomorrow--she is 80. We are each cooking something to bring, but secretly hoping Grandma will cook some too cause she is a GREAT cook!:thumbsup2

That is a good Blake shot DM--you should photo-shop Haley out of it and put you there!

Ah...too bad DH didn't get to see Leo's "drawing".

I've already thought about putting my head on Haley's body...just too busy right now to do it. Yes, I really am busy!

Awww!!! Happy Birthday to Grandma! :cheer2:

Oh, hey...

I'm going to Cabo, I'm going to Cabo!!! D. got my reservations today through work. I leave a week from Sunday! :dance3: We're staying at the Hilton Cabo resort - it looks fairly new and is right on the beach. The worst room type they have is a "king bed partial ocean view" and all rooms have balconies, spa tubs, and separate walk-in showers. Since you all share my obsession with planning you will understand why I'm freaked that I know nothing about the area or anything, but at least the hotel looks good. D.'s work even got me good flight times, early, but not crack o' dawn early...

My mom is coming out to stay with the boys. She is a sweetheart and I don't know what I'd do without her. I admit it's nice not to be involved in the day-to-day family dramas, but it's also hard when you have to fly mom in to babysit... ;)

Kindergarten also finished well this week. The boys each have a "girlfriend" - their words, not mine, but Woody said that a "girlfriend" and a "friend who is a girl" are the same thing, so it's not quite what I was thinking. :rotfl2: Woody's engaged to a girl from preschool, anyway - and they are going to have kids named Luke & Leia. :ewok:

Sigh.

How awesome CE! You have to go to Sammy Hagar's bar and have some Cabowabo! I've never had it but I'll live through you!!!

Hmmm... ;) That looks a little scary. I can drink, mind you, but these days I usually stick to wine.

Never fear, there will be a mini-TR. :rotfl2:

OMG CE that's awesome!!! :woohoo:

How cute that the boys both have little "girlfriends".

They crack me up. They both do make friends with girls much more often. Our best family friends have girls, their favorite friends from our playgroup are girls, then the preschool girls... ;) I don't know if they're not "manly" or if they're "ladies' men" :lmao:

Sounds like a great hotel and I am sure you can find a Cabo support group.
How nice of mom to come and stay with the boys.
So I guess the finding friends issue is a mute point now.

Oooh, do you think there's a caboboards? ;)

My mom is good. She taught 1st grade for 34 years :worship: so she's all good with the small kids. I'm an only child, so these are her only grandkids. She's having to really deal with a lot of health issues with her parents, so she says that it's much less stress to be here with my 5 year olds than with her folks at this point. My dad is a farmer, just starting harvest, so he can't come with. He's good, too - just can't always come out as much because of the farm.

Hey CE,that's great about Cabo, will look for your mini trippie.

I know what you mean. Parents in Florida, brothers in South Jersey. Talk to them all on the phone lots, but we get along soooooo much better now that we are all not living together:lmao:
