First, Hi Sarabeth!
Ok, my visit to the eye dr was cut WAY short! We all got in the car (Gus, me and Gma) and started out. It was snowing really hard but I was sure that by the time I hit the main roads about 4 miles down that they'd have plowed/salted SOMETHING....No. We got about 8 miles out from home and I said to my MIL as I slid up behind someone at a light, "THIS IS INSANE. Why I am doing this? We're going to get hit!"
Were you even CLOSE to the Dr's Office ??
I'm Soooo Sorry Mel. If I was closer... I would take you.
Snow... I can usually manipulate...it's that Blasted Ice that we get around here.. that makes it tough.
However.. in 1994 Preggers with Joshua.. I had JUST STARTED a new job in November... and we had an Ice storm Every week in January. I HAD to go into work.. But was scared if I had an accident.. that I would lose the baby... Still I made it. Not many cars on the road.. and those were driven by men. I even had a couple of guys staring at me at a stop light..Looking like "What's a Woman doing driving in this stuff"
Me and my little Plymouth Colt E Sedan... stick shift... 5 Speed.
LOVED that car
When Sara gets her school work finished.. I'll let her come back and say Hi ..... Unless she slips and does it... Hmmmm is her light on ???

I just spent the whole morning building some huge
He was sad, but I give up. Dad can fix it when he gets home.

She had a flag on her downs test, so they were doing a special scan to see if there were any markers, but the baby looks completely healthy.
The kids are staying in Austin with my mom until Saturday morning. So, K and I get Friday alone. We'll probably do some shopping and Christmas decorations prep for when the kids get home Saturday.
If the world lasts that long.
