PS> yeah, kat should do a spreadsheet.

LOL a dising spreadsheet.

So guess what I got in the mail today??

A Disney PIN!!!!!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:

BUT!

It's not for me!!! :headache: :mad: :sad2: :furious: :headache:

If any of you have read my trip report, the pin came for my friend Yani's boyfriend (now ex-bf though). UGH!!!

I know this happened to Kat and she was able to use it, so I'm gonna see if I can do the same thing. Although it says "non-transferable", so they might not let me. :sad:

You tell that Disney u want that pin code! Tell them u have been several times. Did you pay with your credit card? I am sure they can do it, and if they say no ask for a supervisor! Seriously!

Uggh! Jury duty is always a big waste of time for me. If I actually had a chance at being on a juty, it would be different. I go. I sit. I get into the courtroom, and one side or both don't want me. It's happened the last three times I've gone for jury duty.

Here's some pixiedust: your way for luck with your call.

Wow! 4 days without caffeine, and I'd have the worst withdrawal headache. :surfweb:

Unfortunatly I have to go. I am not thrilled about being up at 630am. Suck a pain in the you-know-what. I will however be stopping for a monster sized coffee on the way tho.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since I have to be there at 830 i need to elave about an hour before to catch the train and make it there on time. so annoyed at the world that i have to go...i eluded it for this many years but oh well. i have all my dr's notes with me to see about getting out of it.
If i am gone all day i told KC he has to do some of the house work, let's see how that goes!
Wish me luck. I'll probably finish reading my book while im there.
I missed today and I missed 7 pages!!? :faint: I still have 2 pages to catch up on! but my leg fell asleep and Charlie just peed right behind me! :headache: :dog2:
I`m in for Christmas cards!! I`ve already been looking for some for my Disney peeps! :cloud9:
This is so weird, Angela. I think we must be separated at birth because I love Jim Kelly too!
I went to a game to see him play in Miami against Dan Marino. The Bills won! :banana:
Bob's reading his new HomePower magazine. (he keeps threatening to "Go off the Grid")
Again Bob and I think alike. :rolleyes1
:wave: Good-night Mr. T.
I pity the foo'!
Mitch has to call the night before he's supposed to be there to see if he actually has to show up. Of course I had to go downtown and sit for 2 weeks. :rolleyes: Maybe you'll get an interesting case to listen to.
:lmao: Ok I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks that when I read it
I do want it!!! I have been, just ask Jo. :rolleyes: I did pay with a cc. ::yes::
I will be calling them today. :worship:
Thank you Kat! I was about to PM you hee hee.
Good luck today. :hug:
CE & Jo: I've heard dreams about teeth (especially if they fall out) means a death. :scared:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Not much planned for today as I have to go to work. :guilty:

Supposedly we're having a disaster drill :scared1:. I hope they decide not to do it, 'cause I've never had to do one and got like a 5 min. training session that hardly made sense and of course they decide to do this when I'm in charge. :sad2:

Anyway, gonna see if I can get some DIS done on the sly again. :tiptoe:

Have a good day all! :hippie:

O.K... I see I have some catching up to do.

As I skimmed I saw two things... .....Jodi Jodi Jodi

:sad2:

Ya got LUCKY My Friend... They eat School zone speeders for Lunch around here.

And I want in on Christmas Cards... Do not know who put out the request... and who is compiling.. But Yes... I need somebody to send cards to :guilty:

Scott and I are off to watch an EARLY SHOWING of the New "Bond" Movie.. at 10:00. :banana: A Movie with out kids:yay: :yay: Might actually get the popcorn::

I have a dream where I am in college and can't remember my schedule. I also have naked in public dreams.
When I was a teenager, I had the same nightmare pretty frequently and it stopped when I left home for college. When I would go back home, I would sometimes have that dream again. Wierd.

That's strange. I used to dream about my college schedule, too - once I was out, of course - that I would have forgotten entirely to go to one class, didn't drop it, missed and flunked the whole semester... You know.

Then my classic stress dream is from my stint as a waitress/bartender at TGI Friday's. I still dream it to this day, and I quit in 1996. :rotfl: It's a slow night at the restaurant, so we send all but the "closers" home (which was how it really worked.) Then something - a concert, a game (this was in my college town) lets out and the place gets flooded. I am super-busy, and in order to put my orders into the little computer things that we use, I have to win a video game first. I am too stressed, can't win the game, can't put in orders, every time I look I have more guests being seated... I call it my "Fri-ghtmare" because of being at Friday's. :rotfl2:

CE: In case you're still curious: DREAMS ABOUT TEETH

Though, most of it sounds a bit ... weird.

Except for the powerlessness thing. You were getting hit by big waves, that would make you feel powerless....:confused3

Yeah, maybe. I'm not into my appearance that much, so it's surely not that. ;) Thanks for looking!

Wish me luck. I'll probably finish reading my book while im there.

Have fun! I did jury duty once. I got picked. Sigh. It was a civil suit, and it was SO boring. I got a notice a couple of years ago again, but was excused due to having no child care and a DH who can't be guaranteed to be home. :thumbsup2

CE & Jo: I've heard dreams about teeth (especially if they fall out) means a death. :scared:

Well, that's certainly been on my mind this week. Don't know why it's recurring, though.

Supposedly we're having a disaster drill :scared1:. I hope they decide not to do it, 'cause I've never had to do one and got like a 5 min. training session that hardly made sense and of course they decide to do this when I'm in charge. :sad2:

Oh, no! Good luck!

Hi to everyone I missed last night (and maybe even this morning.) :wave2: I did wind up taking a bubble bath and then going right to bed.

It's another lovely weather day :rolleyes: , 45 and misting at the moment.

I need to shower and do my volunteering. I need to figure out if the playgroup moms are meeting for coffee - we're supposed to try every other Friday, but I've not heard for sure, so I don't want to drive and be alone in Panera! :)

Then I'm playing tennis - just a practice match with some of my teammates - at 1:00.

I still haven't readied the house at all for my aunt, either. Whoops! I can't be as lazy today, apparently. :rotfl:

What's everyone up to?

:rotfl2: I remember when my DD got a jury summons and the twins were like 18 months and it said babysitting issues not an excuse .She freaked I told her take them with you you'll see how quick it is an excuse!!:lmao: Luckily she wasn't chosen to even show up, but I really wanted her and the Twins to show up to show them how stupid the no excuse for babysitting issues was !! I mean if they said childcare provided, but what do they think a SAHM is going to do with the kids !!

You know, I still dream that my high school gym teacher calls and tells me I didn't really pass PE and that I have to return to high school to finish. :confused3 I have the teeth dreams, too. But now it's mostly alligators in my house.

***********************
Well, we made it through the pizza party. No one cried. No one got hurt. And no one threw up. All good.

#1 son has a book club meeting this afternoon. I'm trying to decide if I should hit Costco while he's there.

What is everyone paying for gas these days? I've seen it here for $1.97.:banana: :banana: :banana:

I hope everyone has a great day :goodvibes

Mitch wants to see that too so let me know what you think. It did get good reviews in the paper.

I still have this dream! :rolleyes:

That would be terrible! :eek:

Mitch is fixing breakfast and then needs to pack so I can take him to the airport. There's a sale at the local furniture store so I thought I'd go look for a book shelf. We need one and Mitch has mentioned it several times so I thought it might do for Christmas. Yes, we're old. ;) I thought I might go to a movie too but I'm not sure. It's supposed to be a record high today so maybe I should be outside before the cold front comes Sunday! :)

QUESTION FOR EVERYONE (if you dont mind)
How do you all have time to DIS??
Truth? I'm at work, attached to a computer 8 hours a day. I do a lot of mentally-intense stuff (writing, creating ad content, etc.) and I just leave the DIS up most of the day, catching 2-5 minutes here and there when I need to look away from the work. Helps clear my mind and get creative again. NO WAY I'd be able to keep up with anything otherwise!
The boys are getting bigger so ALL the "babyish" toys went and that made me sad.
We're at that point, too. I made Leo keep a couple things for me. :goodvibes

What's with the French? I thought this was a Spanish channel.
Mais no - c'est une station Francais, mais mon amie S'late parle l'espagnol apres elle boit le vin. ;)
:thumbsup2 Good luck, and remember to have fun when you can. I remember the lack of time (and sleep) when I was working full time, finishing up school part time, and running home to play with DD11 who was still under two at the time.
Thanks so much - it''s always good to hear from fellow "survivors"! :hug:

Wish me luck. I'll probably finish reading my book while im there.
Good luck!

LOVED Jim Kelly as a Bill! But not as a "model citizen." :scared:

Bleeeehhh. You have my sympathy - I remember those days. :hug:

I'm trying to decide if I should hit Costco while he's there.
TRAIL MIX!!!!!!! :yay: :yay: :yay:
What is everyone paying for gas these days? I've seen it here for $1.97
$2.07 here. But it's always cheaper at WDW, so I'm waiting to fill up there on Sunday, lol!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

My pants are too big and my shoes are too tight today. I'm feeling all askew. Hate that. :confused:

When I had it, the judge was like, there are no excuses to get out of jury duty. Don't even try. I'll say no, blah, blah, blah. Thankgoodness I had no excuse. Except my job wouldn't pay me the difference so I had to live on $11 a day for 2 weeks, and pay to park downtown. :rolleyes:

Yeah!!! Christmas cards and secref elf! I want in on both! :yay:

I can't remember who asked, but I have more DIS time that I used to because my kids are older. They do their own thing now that they are 11, 7, and 6. They also help with chores that I used to do alone. Also- when they do school, I teach the concept and I sit and wait while they do the work. So, I'm in front of my computer with nothing to do. :surfweb:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The concert was fun last night. I ate my first real meal in 2 weeks. Scallops, shrimp and asparagus. Yummy!
It was nice to get to talk to each other. Kirt's work stuff is so wacked out, I swear. He's not worried about his job, but he's having to cut people left and right. It's hard on him. He deserves a Disney trip! ;)
Okay- we're off to PE
GOod Morning all. I am at work and all the bosses aren't:cool1:
I'm in for the Christmas Cards. I have some addy's but need more.
What are everyone's plans for the weekend? It is supposed to be 70 here tomorrow, but it is going to rain:headache: I have to see if I can get Jimmy in for a haircut. Tomorrow is my nephews 21st birthday party but that isn't until 4:00. I am thinking of taking Jimmy to the movies while Jim does some painting before the party.
Check in later.
I don't mind organizing the exchanges unless someone has already volunteered.
I got jury duty once and called to tell them I had child care issues. The lady was hesitant to release me but when I told her I was 7 months pregnant she took my name off the list for the next 5 years!
