Glad it was only a warning...it was only a warning right!

Send the goats up I-95. I will keep them in the yard for the summer!
I don't think the tornado came but everyone has trees down and we had no power or water till this afternoon. Abby's teacher has a tree in the middle of his house so it may have been a twister.

I'll tell Noodles to pack her stuff cause she's goin on a ROAD trip! :lmao:

Well I had a whole post written and lost it:mad:

Anywho, how is everyone?

Anyone know when the September hours are out? (JO??????) Especially EMH and Fantasmic as I want to avoid DHS on both of those days.

Any Fockers try the GF or SS spas, thinking of treating myself in September.

But before I get ahead of myself, I leave for DL and seeing my fellow Focker T in 6 DAYS!!!!!:woohoo:

Foot is good, actually the more I walk the better I feel, but sitting gives me pins and needles in a couple of toes still, so I'm nervous about the flight. I have a post op on Monday so hopefully the Dr can do/give me something.

I'll stop by later, but before I go..

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO SOME OF MY FAVORITE LADIES

Hours are coming out at 90 days now. August Hours came out around the 5th of May.

:yay: 6 days!

Judy and the kids are in Columbus and on the way to the Zoo !

:thumbsup2 Hope she has a good time and you have a nice quiet Mother's Day tomorrow.

I'm home. We had Tee Ball at 10:00. Jimmy did great, he got two hits and caught 2 balls that were thrown to him at 1st base! When the kids actually remembered to throw to first base:rolleyes1

Me, I am going to fianlize my days and ADR choices since I can call on Monday for ADR's

:cheer2: WTG Jimmy!

Have fun planning ADR's! :thumbsup2

But the highlight of my day was watching a little being shown the castle for the first time and she exclaimed, "Wow, that's a small castle, Mommy!" :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: Dudes, our castle is small. But it's all Walt's so I'm ok with it. :thumbsup2

:flower3:

Yes, it's true you do have a small castle but I think a somewhat better park. ;)

 To he rude people. Do we get to see pics?

Thanks, and you too. :) Did you end up going to the shower?

Nope. :sad2: I hate the drive there and the kids have been driving me batty so I said forget it. I'll mail her a gift or go see them after the baby is born.

CE said:
I'm kind of hopeful that he'll take them out for a bit and I can either nap - since I was up late - or play the Wii... :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

:lmao: Hope you can get to do both.

Well the day started off well with a huge row with Ellie, it all started about a hairband and ended up with major screaming from her and her being banned from TV for a week. She is just so rude and talks back constantly, I know those of you who've met her would never believe me but she is a huge monkey!!!! Whereas after golf Jess was an angel, first she made some flapjacks then did her homework followed by helping me clean the outside of the conservatory (didn't have to ask either) then she made a shepherds pie for dinner :cloud9:

Awwwww  My kids spent about 3 hours in time out today. I swear I feel like I'm dealing with some ungrateful teenagers and not a 6 year old and 4 year old.

Well, we had a tornado warning here last nite...........and I didn't even know it until Katt texted me and said bad weather was coming! We have satellite TV and internet and they had both went o-u-t so we had no clue. Lots of limbs down and lots of rain and hail, but everything ok. Reminded me of Texas!

 Glad y'all are safe though.

(and the grass is getting high---we've had excessive rains and he can't get the tractor out......but we live on the top of a mountain so no one cares. I'd let the goats out but they eat my flowers!

:lmao:

But before I get ahead of myself, I leave for DL and seeing my fellow Focker T in 6 DAYS!!!!!:woohoo:

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Glad your foot is feeling better and hope the doc can help ya out before you leave.

******************************************************

So, I ended up cleaning the entire toy room. My kids ended up standing in time out the entire time. 3 hours...I made sure I took some breaks in between.

I'll check in later.

Wow I was just waking up when you were going to bed :rotfl2:

We were catching up on recorded shows, and all of a sudden it was nearly 2:00. :confused3 :rotfl:

I know those of you who've met her would never believe me but she is a huge monkey!!!!

Hard to believe, but I do believe you. I'm so sorry. I hate the screaming matches.

We have satellite TV and internet and they had both went o-u-t so we had no clue. Lots of limbs down and lots of rain and hail, but everything ok. Reminded me of Texas!

Yikes!

But before I get ahead of myself, I leave for DL and seeing my fellow Focker T in 6 DAYS!!!!!:woohoo:

Woohoo!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO SOME OF MY FAVORITE LADIES

And thank you! :goodvibes

Nope. :sad2: I hate the drive there and the kids have been driving me batty so I said forget it. I'll mail her a gift or go see them after the baby is born.

Sounds like a plan...

D decided to mow before the thunderstorms come (thought it's as sunny right now as it's been all day) and so he didn't finish until about an hour ago. We had planned on grilling burgers, so I thought I'd help and grill them up whilst he showered. Well... I guess he figured he could be back at a reasonable hour if he'd just gone right away, we had a late lunch, etc. So he didn't eat, the kids had to rush through their burgers, and he was looking a little peeved. Oops.

:rolleyes1

:rotfl:

Anyway, they're off now. :thumbsup2

Good evening friends!

LESSA may get to go to Paris next year. Will it include DLP?

KAT’s Bale would have been 17 today. She is bummed. They are going to a B-day party for one of KC’s friends tomorrow.

CE has no idea what the guys got planned for her for Mom’s day. That could be scary. :scared1:

LORI says Lindsey is better and no one else is sick. She put the kids in time-out for 3 hours.

ROSIE says Judy is holding strong to ignoring her stb ex. :thumbsup2

JANET has been hangin’ with the kids and finalizing her plans for WDW. Jim was trying to mow the jungle. :rotfl2: I hope Doug mows our's tomorrow. It's getting scary!

T went to DLR. The kids pooped out after about 5 hrs. She said there was lots of rude dudes.
‘But the highlight of my day was watching a little being shown the castle for the first time and she exclaimed, "Wow, that's a small castle, Mommy!" Dudes, our castle is small. But it's all Walt's so I'm ok with it.’ – T :rotfl2:

JO had to ban Els from TV. She was being a monkey. Jess is an angel. Jo doesn’t understand how they can be related. Do you think you had a baby swap?

TE and the goats survived some tornado like weather.

that's my mom's recipe. But I never make it because DH wont eat 'baked fruit' of any kind :confused3

I talked to my dad a bit yesterday evening, and he sounds in pretty good spirits, though a little frustrated that they won't know much for a couple of weeks. Thanks again, everyone, for the good thoughts. :goodvibes
Still thinking of him

Lindsey is doing much better today.
that's great!

So far he hasn't called me but think he knows will give him an earful just like he deserves !!:scared1:
:rotfl2:

We spent a grand total of $15:thumbsup2
Me, I am going to fianlize my days and ADR choices since I can call on Monday for ADR's:yay:
Awesome!! :yay:

I was absolutely floored by all the rudeness we encountered yesterday.
ouch! :headache:

She is just so rude and talks back constantly,
We all have one don't we?

Remember---we grow things in gardens.

For example---I have a 3 acre+ YARD but no GARDEN.:teacher:;)
I was thinking the same thing :rotfl2:

Wow. That is a small castle :rotfl2:

Won our Tball game and I was so proud that Omicron hit a home run!! (it was due to an error on the other team but to me still counted as a home run). It totally changed him. Before he wasn't really interested and just didn't seem to try a whole lot. After that he was chasing every ball that came near him. it was exactly what he needed :cloud9:

chi and i went shopping for her a bathing suit and groceries. omicron and delta have friends staying over so we have 6 boys between ages 2 and 9 in the house!!

Chi wants me to watch "Grease" with her since the boys have taken over the play room.

Happy Mother's Day Everyone

ce-- for your dad. i'll be thinking of you. :goodvibes

hi everyone else.. no time to quote. busy day here.

i worked last night. but, mike has been having pain in his leg for a week. he finally went to the er today and sure enough he has 3 blood clots in his leg. :scared1: he has to take a shot twice a day for five days and they started him on coumadin. crazy, crazy!! he was there for 6 hours. they got him in the room in less than 30 minutes and had the ultrasound done within 1 hour. but, the social worker came to talk to him about getting the lovenox covered by insurance. one shot is 160.00 !!! that $1,600 for the 5 days! the insurance company was closed. he went to the pharmacy and the total copay for all shots.......................... $20!! that's right twenty dollars!! i was so relieved.

so that's all my excitement for the day! enough i believe.

he's okay now, just has to keep the leg elevated as much as possible.

we'll get bloodwork on monday and see if he needs to take the shots longer.

i'm glad i finally talked him into going. i told him it was probably a blood clot. but, he had no redness or swelling, just pain. the er doctor came in and said i really don't think it's a blood clot. i'd say there's a 20% chance. but, having the pain with no injury we'll do the test to rule it out..............................

yep, nurse was right......................... doctor was wrong!!! i wish i could've been there! :lmao:

NOw that there is good parenting!:thumbsup2 LOVE IT!:lmao:

:lmao: Hopefully they'll listen next time...

LORI says Lindsey is better and no one else is sick. She put the kids in time-out for 3 hours.

I guess I won't be winning that Mother of the Year trophy anytime soon now will I??? :rotfl:

And since it's now midnight here...

:flower3: HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! :flower3:

Oh and T, great pics! Is the parade like a real parade or sort of like the one they have in Hollywood Studios? Do they do the same one in WDW?

T- great pics!
Debra - woohoo for O and I love Grease. ;)
Lori - no worries on the trophy. That one is earned for you!
Rachel - yikes! I'm glad he's going to be OK. Thanks for the well wishes.

We caught up on some more TV, and now it's 12:30 and D's totally snoring on the couch.

He claims that I don't even have to get up to help get the boys out of the house for baseball practice in the morning. (I did last week - got up, walked the dog, and then went back to bed... ;)). That's nice! :goodvibes

Anyway, I just wanted to wish ALL of you a Happy Mother's Day, whether you're "technically" a mom or not. To me, giving me love, support, cheer, and advice, you're all mom-like - no matter if we're the same age, or even if you're younger than I am - and I love you. :grouphug: I have a hard time remembering what I did before I "knew" you all. :lovestruc

I'm going to try to get us all to bed, so that the 7:00 alarm isn't so scary. It's a little late, maybe, but... ;)

Sleep well, all!

It's late, I'm on the way to bed, just checking in to catch up. Been a long day.

We went to the party and had a pretty good time. Not much drinking tho as they pretty much just had a keg...bleh... But good food tho. We cabbed it home to make life easier. It was a nice distraction from the fairly depressing day.

KC is working tomorrow 9-5 so I won't be on.

I want to say

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!

You all deserve much more than a day to be honored and thought of!!!

:hug::hug::hug:

CE, to you and dad.

I will have to go to Vanderbilt in Nashville to have it done so I need to plan that well in advance. THere's no real rush---apparently it can't get much worse than this.
I have a friend who works at Vandy, so if you have any questions before you go, let me know. :thumbsup2

But before I get ahead of myself, I leave for DL and seeing my fellow Focker T in 6 DAYS!!!!!:woohoo:

We had a wonderful time at Epcot and the GF tea & spa yesterday. :woohoo: Even if you don't think you like pedicures, you must get one. After walking around the parks, it felt amazing. :cloud9: When Tiggerbelle post about it on her TR, I'll post the link.

Happy Mother's Day

We're headed over to my sister's this afternoon and maybe some time in the pool this morning, but that's about it. :goodvibes

My grandmother was admitted to the hospital Friday night with an infected leg. Her skin is so thin, that even if she just bumps it, it can tear. She tore some skin off about a month ago and apparently her leg wasn't healing correctly and was very swollen. Now she's on IV antibiotics and is doing fairly well. My aunt is staying with her whilst my parents are in Alaska and I know my mother will be berating herself for not realizing the leg was as bad as it was and/or leaving all together. They are coming home tonight anyway and there's nothing she could have done, but still.

thatas very nice. i do hope you get to sleep in.

chi wanted to make me breakfast in bed for Mother;s day. She comes in here and wakes me up to ask where the pancakes are. Then she comes in and says she still can't find them. So I go downstairs to help. She tells me to go back to bed and she will bring me my breakfast. Then she comes back up here because she can't open the pancake package ( I got frozen pancakes and ready to eat bacon to make it easier for her). Then she asks me how to cook the bacon. Finally she brings me my plate and says she can't find any syrup. I tell her where it is and she brings it to me and crawls up in bed with me and asks "Can I have a bite?" :rotfl2: :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2: I love being a mommy!

Not really, I will have to see if I can find some pics of it. If not I will take some to show you!

Lovely day here, I'm even wearing a skirt :faint: We've been to church this morning, it was a big confirmation service so went on for ages. The girls are going on a bike ride later with their youth group so we're having the roast in about 5 minutes, then we'll probably fall asleep this afternoon :rotfl2: David and I are going to go and play golf whilst they're riding. Oh Ellie only has 2 more teeth to lose, well as we were walking home from Church one had become slightly wobbily, well within half an hour it had come out, she reckons all by itself :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

Anyway Happy Mother's Day to all my favourite Moms
