Okay, I'm sure I'll miss someone or something, so... sorry! :flower3:

T2- welcome back! It caused me no end of pain not being able to sneak over and visit with you.

Keep doing what you're doing. Leo's smart and wonderful. They can't mess up all your hard work.
 Thanks for that Mel!

Hi Janet and everyone else! I should have introduced myself... I'm Lisa
Hi Lisa! I'm V, single mother to Leo, Floridian and Fuzzy Mathematician.
a FT School Psychologist
OH BOY are we glad to see you!!! Jut wait and see what exciting and intriguing cases we can offer for your analyses! :rotfl:;)
Hope you're all feeling better today.

So they officially drove me out of the house! I walked (stumbled) to the park around the corner. Isn't that the first place you wanna be when you have a fever and want to throw up?
I'm gonna go swing...slowly
what kind of park doesn't have swings!:confused3
OMG, what a day!

Breaking news............3 goats have been spotted in the new barn............Noodles, Tumnus, and Tragos by the look of them...........stay tuned for further developments...........
Hooray! :rotfl2:

I'm tired. Yesterday was an exhausting day! :guilty: I'm hoping to hear from the realtor this morning about the offer. I'm praying it's not a contingent offer. Unless it's super unreasonable, we'll accpet it. Now the question will be whather the boss will help with the things the people want if they want us to pay a point or drop the price. He said that if we lowered it or offered incentives he would help us with those in order to get a quicker sale, but I dont' know what that means if they say they need some now. :confused3

Anyway- I going to look over the website and head to Austin to look at houses today. Hopefully we can find something that we love. :goodvibes

ACK, our power just flipped off and then back on, so I quickly cut, pasted and saved! Hopefully I'm back...

Guess who has an offer being sent over tonight?
:yay: And...popcorn::

So he is re-wrapping the foot and I can't really see as he puts a screen up ( I don't like to look). I can tell he is doing extra wrapping so I ask if he is super glueing it on. No, but he put a big piece of surgical tape on top with a note DO NOT TOUCH. Smart a$$.
:rotfl2:
So how many of you watched the Housewives of NJ intro show.
I did! LOVED it - they're not far off from some extensions of the Italian side of my family.
My mother knows the mother of the husbands who own the catering business, the Brownstone.
To show you all what a small world, the mother lives in the town I grew up in and lives very close to T2.
:lmao: Somehow, I just knew there'd be a connection!

Has ANYONE seen Katt??
I heard form her via email yesterday, but that's it.

WHat kind of meds is he on, Lori? I need to find Evan something - his allergies are horrid this month. I used to use Claratin, but it sucks. I'm trying Zyrtak (sp?) now, but it doesn't seem to very affective. :confused3
Funny this came up - I just took Leo off the Zyrtec and was going to comment on that! For me and Leo, nothing is as effective as Zyrtec. We've tried them all - Benadryl, Claritin, SIngulair, Allegra... none work as well as Zyrtec.

Tomorrow I am in training all day. It should be interesting it's being given by the feds and it is called Mexican Drug Trafficking Organizations.
Let me know if you come back with any tips. :smoking:

KIDDING! :rotfl:

One thing about Facebook.......you remember just WHY you haven't tried to contact them in over 20 years!;)
::yes::

I held her new grandson and now I want another baby!!
I feel your pain. I love, love, love being pregnant. :cloud9: I'm a good mothership. :teeth:
:scared::scared::scared: You guys are N-V-T-S, nuts! :rotfl: Being around babies has the complete opposite effect on me. :crazy2:

Southwest Airlines released their schedules for Sept. finally. It was the cheapest by about $100.
Nice! :thumbsup2

I gotta take Linds to school in a few and DR is awake. He did another night in big boy underwear and no accidents. YAY!
Yippee! :yay:

I think you all need babies! :goodvibes
Bite your tongue. ;)

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, Leo had a pretty good day at school yesterday. He's been sooooo tired lately, and I know the Zyrtec he's been on for allergy season wasn't helping, so we skipped it the last two days. Holy carp - that stuff ought to be used for ADHD! He's like a different kid off it; full of energy, not falling asleep on the couch at 7:30pm, talkative... he wiped me out in an hour flat! :rotfl:

Unexciting day here - work stuff and then Leo's got a dentist appointment this afternoon. In between, I need to think about my Aug. ADRs. Yes, I'm still working on that.

Happy Wed. all! :grouphug:

I too am one of those "crazy" people who LOVE being pregnant and having a baby. I went through that not long ago- wanting another baby- but kind of came to the conclusion I dont have time for another one:rotfl2::rotfl2: AND this last WDW trip kind of sealed the deal as it was so EASY!!!I dont want to go back to the baby stages. One of my BFF is trying to get pregnant and another good friend is due to have her baby in a week or so -----SO that will get my fix in:lmao:

Happy is off today on his 1st outdoor science lab. THis is his 1st trip anywhere for school without me:eek: . He is SUPER EXCITED. Me not so much.:confused3

debraW76;31343717 goats story made me think of the spinoff off snakes on a plane called "Goats on a boat" I think I saw it on SNL. [B said:
I held her new grandson and now I want another baby!![/B]

I feel so stupid. I knew I shouldn't have. I am so busy right now i couldn't imagine taking care of another baby, yet when I held him I cried because I miss the new baby smell :lovestruc. I miss their cooing, gurgling, and wiggling :lovestruc I miss the way they snuggle up to you  I even miss being pregnant!!

I told zeta and he thinks i am nuts. I'm pathetic. I need help.
well, now I wanna see the "goats on a boat" show too! :thumbsup2

.........and run! Run! RUN AWAY FAST!!
Get a fish....or a puppy.........or a goat! Babies have an annoying habit of turning into teenagers! :lmao:;)

Let us know about the offer---hope they don't have to sell their house first.

++++
Hey all---I went to the GYM this morning.......shocking I know.......I was surprised my card still worked.

BA is getting full braces today since she's got all her teeth in...........not looking forward to that.

You all did pretty good without me. Seems to be a theme in my life right now.

Don't be silly! :goodvibes Congrats on the tix prices - that sounds awfully good! :thumbsup2

Hope y'all have a happy Wednesday!:goodvibes

You, too, Lori! :goodvibes

I think you all need babies! :goodvibes

 :rotfl:

good morning everyone!! ;) We ran into a lot of problems with the RV so we are postponing our little camping escapade until next weekend. We made all the boys cry when we told them

Ugh, so sorry.

Anyway- I going to look over the website and head to Austin to look at houses today. Hopefully we can find something that we love. :goodvibes

Best of luck for all of it, sweetie!

Really? :rotfl2:

I'm glad Leo had a great night. :goodvibes

See ya later

Hi, T2! Bye, T2!

BA is getting full braces today since she's got all her teeth in...........not looking forward to that.

Got Tylenol? Have a good day.

*********************************************************
Well, lazy morning for me so far. D woke up feeling carpy, so he asked if I'd get the boys out. Sure, no problem, but he was still sleeping after I got them on the bus.

He was still feeling bad, but making noises about getting up. I felt he needed more sleep, so (only somewhat selfishly - I was sort of awake) I climbed back into bed with him, which got him another hour without him feeling guilty.

Anyway, we got up and I've straightened up a little, but need to really vacuum, do bathrooms, etc. They need doing again anyway, but D's mom arrives tomorrow morning right after my tennis lesson, so it's today or never before she gets here.

I need to wash the sheets for the guest room, too - I didn't have my mom strip them, because the dog naps in there all the time, so it's best to wash them right before someone else shows up. AND of course, it seems like the boys' laundry is never-ending. :laundy: I swear I just did it, but I guess it's been about 4 days, so it's time once again. If Woody would wear the 90 billion pair of jeans in his drawer, I could stretch it a few more days, but... :rotfl:

Oh, and I checked on my authors on amazon.com - today was the announcement of the cut from 500 to 100, based on Publisher's Weekly reading the whole manuscripts (we just got the first 5000 words...). Two of my 11 (11 out of my 40 had made the first cut) made it to the 100, but neither was my favorite. One seems like a really good story for me, but somewhat unoriginal - and the grammar kind of sucked, which drives me nuts. The other just is SO not my type of book, but I am pleased in a way, because regardless of it not being my genre, it's very well-written. :confused3

And my favorite - very reminiscent of Douglas Adams - didn't get through. :sad2:

Well...

I'm off to get the vacuum, but y'all know my cleaning style. I'll be back after a chore or two. ;)

Have a great late morning! :grouphug:

Hi again. I'm bored. NOT that I don't have anything to do - just that those things that need doing aren't exciting me, lol! It's one of those days... I think it just took 45 minutes to go from 10:51am to 11am. :headache:

So I've mostly got my ADRs decided, save for one. Our second night, evening is free, and I want something on the monorail line.

Ohana - no. We'll be there in May already.
Wave - no. It was okay last time, but it's not calling me back.
1900 - no. Too girly, per Leo.

I was thinking CA Grill, but I don't really think Leo would enjoy it. Maybe GF Cafe? Kona? We did Narcoosees last year, but I guess we could go back. Anyone want to add input?

That's so cool, but the poor grammar would drive my crazy! What genre to you usually read?

1900 - no. Too girly, per Leo.
:rotfl:

One of Mitch's pharmacists brought me this sassy purse back from India. How nice and totally unexpected. :goodvibes

Would he/you consider dinner at a CS on the monorail? Otherwise, Kona dinner is a prime choice with my nephews (then 12 and 9)

Wait, had to uncross them so that I could type. :lmao:

I think the goats on a boat was a skit from SNL. :rotfl: they may have it on Utube. The site is blocked at work so sorry I can't find it for you.
Have fun at the gym and ouchie for the braces. Don't miss that at all

Ugh, so sorry.
It's ok. The worse part was telling the boys and an ex that doesn't deal well with changing plans :headache:. And we are still going...just not today. :)

:rotfl: I was trying to think of where I would go if it was just me and one of my boys and I would probably pick Kona ;)

House shopping for someone else if so much fun! :goodvibes
Yes it is :rotfl:
And Love the purse.

Good morning everyone else! I am in the doghouse with my boss. I lost my docimeter ring and he has to send it off today. HE said it costs $75 to replace. :headache:

One of Mitch's pharmacists brought me this sassy purse back from India.
Beautiful!

Would he/you consider dinner at a CS on the monorail? Otherwise, Kona dinner is a prime choice with my nephews (then 12 and 9)
We would, but CS is for another night - this one's a TS night. As you know, the Poly's always a winner in Leo's book! ;)

I was trying to think of where I would go if it was just me and one of my boys and I would probably pick Kona ;)
Hmmm, that's 2 for Kona, and it was on my radar to begin with... we may have a winner!
I am in the doghouse with my boss. I lost my docimeter ring and he has to send it off today. HE said it costs $75 to replace. :headache:
Ouch! But what's a docimeter ring?

Ouch! But what's a docimeter ring?
It is a ring that we wear when we operate our XRay gun (we use it to determine what type of metal we are dealing with). It is regulated by the state and we have to turn in the rings every quarter for testing to ensure we are within safe xray radiation limits.

He just came by and said I had 60 days to find it

I hate those days. I'm sorry!

That's so cool, but the poor grammar would drive my crazy! What genre to you usually read?

I'm a big fan of straight up mysteries and also romantic thrillers. Dr. Belle likes paranormal, and since we share books, I get a lot of those, too.

I don't love what I call "book club books" - even though I can see they're well-written, so many are either depressing or move too slowly for me. I don't think I'm a twit, but I read the news for depression. I want my entertainment to entertain. :rotfl2:

So, the one that went through that is well-written is a "book club" type, and the other is a romantic suspense, but doesn't feel like anything "new." :confused3

One of Mitch's pharmacists brought me this sassy purse back from India. How nice and totally unexpected. :goodvibes

It's gorgeous! :lovestruc

It's ok. The worse part was telling the boys and an ex that doesn't deal well with changing plans :headache:. And we are still going...just not today. :)

Gotcha... :thumbsup2

I read mostly mysteries too, but I look at the NYT best sellers as well. I did see that Jill Conner Browne, The Sweetpotato Queens, has a new book out. Love her, so funny. Also I have seen books by Celia Rivenbark but never read anything of hers. She has one coming out called You Can't Drink All Day if You Don't Start in the Mornin'. That has to be up my alley. ;) I recently discovered Lisa Lutz and now love her! :thumbsup2 The Spellman Files is the first in a series about a very nontraditional family of PI's. Very smart alecky, dry humor.

I feel the same way. My grandmother can always find something good about a book, even if she doesn't particularly like it, whilst I feel like I must be missing a lot! :rotfl:

Pshew! Glad you understand... ;)

I've been sick for the past 2 days. yuk! Its basically just the yukkies. When i stand or move around i get nauseous, but aside from that ive just been very fatigued.
Hope you're feeling better!

I'm home sick today, vomiting, the whole nine yards.
Oh no not you too, get better!

Guess who has an offer being sent over tonight? :yay:
Did you ever get it???

No, but he put a big piece of surgical tape on top with a note DO NOT TOUCH. Smart a$$.
Sorry but :rotfl2:

Oh----hey Jo---I finished the "shopaholic and baby" CD---it was FAB! :lmao:
But I have questions..........
.....how much is 30 pea? (she bought a pizza)
.....how much is 40 quid? (she bought something big...can't remember what)
Ignore Janet :rotfl2: 30p is 30 pence and quid is slang for pounds so it means in your language 30 cents and $40, although with the exchange rate is about 45 cents and $60 :thumbsup2

I know, I'm mean - but jeez, they just got a bunch of Easter crap.
You mean mother you ;) No I agree mine only get stuff at Christmas, Easter and Birthdays unless they save!

We all went to Chillis where I treated everyone . It was really good .
Sounds nice Rosie!

pea - little round green vegetable

quid - isn't that calamari?
Yep Janet that's what it means :rotfl2:

Im getting marley and me from netflix tomorrow. Ill be crying like a baby tomorrow evening im sure.
Get the tissues ready :rotfl2:

Uh, my FB thing has now encouraged me to do a little spring cleaning of a personal nature. My friend numbers are dropping like flies...
Oh no

I held her new grandson and now I want another baby!!
Uh oh!

I keep thinking I don't want to start over now, but SHE is...
They'd be no tennis for ages :rolleyes1

You all did pretty good without me.
Welcome back Kristel, we missed you! Good news on the flights :thumbsup2

He did another night in big boy underwear and no accidents. YAY!
Fantastic!

I think you all need babies! :goodvibes
It's only because you love being an Auntie :rotfl2:

I heard form her via email yesterday, but that's it.
And???

Happy is off today on his 1st outdoor science lab. THis is his 1st trip anywhere for school without me:eek: . He is SUPER EXCITED. Me not so much.

Ellie has 2 more teeth to lose then she's scheduled for serious braces! Good luck!

He was still feeling bad, but making noises about getting up. I felt he needed more sleep, so (only somewhat selfishly - I was sort of awake) I climbed back into bed with him, which got him another hour without him feeling guilty.
And you went back to sleep? Wow where's CE? What have you done with her? :rotfl2:

Ohana - no. We'll be there in May already.
Wave - no. It was okay last time, but it's not calling me back.
1900 - no. Too girly, per Leo.
I liked GF Cafe but I'd go with Kona and we loved 1900 PF not girly at all!

One of Mitch's pharmacists brought me this sassy purse back from India. How nice and totally unexpected. :goodvibes
Awww that's so nice of them!

I was up late last night, didn't think I was meant to say anything but everyone else including my boss has so I will. I had a conference call with Disney last night, we have one a month and we alternate between lunchtime and evening EST, so I normally miss every other one. But as it is the school vacation I thought I'd stay up. I did take the call in my jammies tucked up in bed though :rotfl: Anyway it finished at just gone 1.10am my time and David started moaning that his face had gone numb, then his leg and arm all down his left side. Me being the ever sympathetic wife told him to go to sleep :rotfl: He still felt rough this morning and tried to get a Dr's appointment, the earliest was Friday  Anyway he decided to continue as normal, we'd planned to go to a safari park today but just after we'd done our packed lunch it started chucking it down so we decided to go to the cinema instead. We saw 17 again and I really liked it, David walked out half way through to get air so he missed the end. When we got home he called the Dr's again to see if anyone could talk to him, when he described his symptons they told him to go straight to hospital. After a 2.5 hour wait we finally got in, a friend had the girls for me, and the Dr was fantastic, really nice. She finally decided that she thinks David has some type of migraine that also causes numbness and prescribed beta blockers which he may have to take every day for ever.

Anyway that was my boring day, how about yours? :lmao:
