I missed a few Questions of the day:

With a million $'s I would... Take family vacation to several of my favorite places, pay off all debt we have and save the rest for latter use.

One thing people don't know about me... I am very sensitive! On the outside I am very strong...but it is all a cover for what is inside.

Apparently I've missed a bunch too!

With a million $'s I would... donate some to Oxfam and invest wisely to make the most of it long-term. That or buy a lot of DVC points.

My ring tone is... my cell is so antiquated, I'm not sure I have what qualifies for a ring tone! But it's called "Tone 20."

One thing people don't know about me... I'm equal parts introvert and extravert.


And with that, I need to go wash the color out of my hair! My Studio Art class opened today (class doesn't start for 3 weeks, but it's open to see what it'll be) and I'm excited about it! TTYL.

Well, I celebrated my birthday by sitting in the recliner all day. Actually, my in-laws and next door neighbor came over for some cake and ice cream, but that's about it. I got a few CDs from DH and the girls and some cash from the in-laws.

You guys have been awfully chatty since I was on yesterday and the drugs are making me a bit groggy, so just know that I read it all, but am not commenting on anything right now.

I still don't know anything. I'm calling my doctor first thing in the morning to get an appointment with her. I'm not sure when she'll want to do the surgery or anything, but I will keep all of you posted. For now, the pain is a lot better and I'm going to try to switch over to Advil later today so that I can drive to the doctor tomorrow. I tried to sleep in bed last night, but that didn't work. I just can't lay flat without pain. So, it was in the recliner again. Fortunately, the dog left me alone until after 7:30 this morning!

Today DH is going to take the girls to a bounce place here in town. Depending on how I feel, I may try to scrapbook a bit (from the recliner, of course). I think there's going to be a permanent imprint of my rear end on that thing by the time I'm done!

Why I'm awake at 1:10 am: 2nd nite of Bear having diarrhea.... He was fine earlier today..........course he eats plants, rocks, plastic.....
he HATES pepto bismol now---runs the other way when he sees pink.
....now the kitty is hungry.........maybe I should go wake up the goats while I'm at it............

Oh geez...hope Bear is feeling better today and you got some sleep! We have a black lab that will eat just about anything as well. I caught her yesterday chewing on a plastic Monopoly game piece.

okay , just noticed that i only have 1 wk 5 days until we leave for vacay!!!

and dang it........... i forgot to lose that 30 lbs for our trip!!! it just slipped my mind.. guess i should've put it on my TO DO list.

Better start packing!

I'm afraid of phones. If there is a phone-a-phobia, I've got it. I have to force myself to use them.

I'm just sending that e-mail to Jen with all C's clothes she refuses to wear. We're talking Disney Store stuff and church dresses...
It makes me grouchy, but I think because she's so tiny, it's hard to find clothes that aren't too young looking for her. She's almost a tween and she ain't wearing no Pooh bear!

Does heat ease the pain any ??

It's not really pain when I lay down flat, it's just the discomfort of feeling something there. When I'm sitting somewhat upright, I don't feel anything at all. So, I haven't tried the heating pad, but I will remember that if it starts hurting again. Luckily I haven't had any really bad pain since I came home from the hospital.

Me too! Actually, my doctor is pretty good about stuff like that. I don't think she'll make me wait. I know she's normally in the hospital doing surgeries on Tuesdays, so I'm just hoping she can fit me in tomorrow.

Well pretty much a lazy day here, we went for a walk around the lake, did the supermarket shop, Jess has gone to play with a friend and Ellie has moaned that all her friends are out. David goes back to work tomorrow and the girls are back to school Wednesday!

First, YES! Totally agree on this! I love the Potter books and I think I'll read them again (all of them!) soon...

Don't watch Gossip Girl or One Tree Hill (worth it?) but am excited to see the new version of 90210. I loved the original too and I'm just sad that Tori won't be on it.

No plans yet. My mom arrived today and we might take the boys to the wave pool tomorrow briefly. Nothing else though. We're boring...

Bob wants to get out the Mustang and take her for a spin tomorrow.

I think Gossip Girl is a guilty pleasure for sure, very out there but somehow I love it. One Tree Hill was a lot better than I thought as well. I'm a sucker for a teen drama I guess!

Well "Meet The Parents" is on! When the lime look was given KC just looks over at me and smiles...it was hilarious!

Not too much going on today, just heading to a nearby neighborhood for our meat shopping (way cheaper there) and we are going to shop around a bit (KC needs sneakers) and then I'm making nachos for dinner.
