Figures Janet's first! :lmao: LY, J!

I know. I was excited at first, but now...

Hi, I'm Dawn. I'm addicted to the TFW thread. :sad2:

Top 5 baybee!

Wait...what does this say about me?

I have no life! :sad2:

Thanks guys, you are making me feel soooooooooooooooo much better.:headache:

Good Morning, Fockers!

Morning Jodi! :wave2:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Morning all, back to work for me and I am in full planning mode and am excited that Air Tran hasn't changed my flight anymore:rolleyes:

HAve a few things I need to accoplish at work today, but I will check in later.

had to post........................ i'm down 10 lbs !!!!!!!! go me!!!!!:woohoo:
:banana: That's great! :thumbsup2

Today I'm watching my neighbor's little girl while she has her second round of chemo. Forecast says 91, so I'm sure they'll be playing inside.
I'm glad to hear you say that. It's supposed to be 101 today!!! :scared1: The kids asked to play outside later today, but I said that with 101 degree weather I don't think so guys. They'd out there all of 2 mins and smell like a stinky dog. :sad2:

Thanks guys, you are making me feel soooooooooooooooo much better.:headache:
:lmao: What are friends for?!

Aww, look girls! Janet's pretending she won't post the most of everyone today! Sure, Janet. Do some "work" today... :laughing: LY! :hug:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So, I'm excited that we're doing school part time again starting today. :banana: We also have several errands to run today. :headache: Talk to you all in between. Have a great, stress-free Monday. :goodvibes
Good morning!
I'm trying to watch the pup and work on computer which usually leads to disaster.....we'll see! I did replace my keyboard and mouse that he had chewed thru the cords..........now it's wireless! :thumbsup2
What are u studying now, Dawn? My girls start back 8/20, and I think I need to review some math with BA (she won't be amused by this!)
Her friend from SC is coming up Friday to stay 5 nites too so she will be happy.
Sometimes I seriously think they think they can out-mother us.
::yes:: And in Gramma's case, it's hugely ironic since she wasn't so good at the mothering in the first place! :rolleyes:
Ah yes... The Silent Treatment. I know it well, my friend. When TE pulls that I become this very sickenly sweet personality and over enthusiastic. It just kills her! :lmao:
Not me - I sidh it right back! :teeth:
had to post........................ i'm down 10 lbs !!!!!!!! go me!!!!!:woohoo:
WOOO HOOOTY! WTG Rachel! :thumbsup2
Morning Fockers! I'm sure I had something witty and interesting to say, but I've forgotten, if I did. :headache: Yes, it's going to be one of those days. I believe I shall work on simple administrative tasks and leave the creative for another day. :rolleyes:
Fingers crossed - we have a drs. appt. on Tuesday for more x-rays...I guess to make sure that the bone the ortho surgeon bent in Michael's arm hasn't bent back
Good luck LL and it's great that Michael says it doesn't hurt anymore!
SO, in a nutshell, here it is. The Dr gave me a drop (for the pressure) when he did the needling. It's called Alphagan. It's in a turquoise bottle/purple cap. He also gave me a bottle of natural tears that are in a turquoise bottle/turquoise cap for the dryness and scratchiness that usually follows a needling.
Well how stupid putting them in the same bottles :headache: glad you saw it though! Hope you get some help for your DS's attacks, scary!
with pegged jeans? I guess pegging is coming back into style. Here's Katie Holmes wearing her jeans that way...
We call them turn ups :rotfl2:
So the funeral's over, the birthday party is over, I've only got 3 days of work left and it's FULL BLOWN VACATION PLANNING TIME!!!
Fantastic :yay: When's your exam?
Two tone (choc and reg) cheesecake with chocolate glaze. She did a great job from scratch.
Oooooh sounds yummy!
Forgot to say...this is Jen...(goofyluvah)...somehow I got logged onto meeska's account. Sorry.
How'd you do that? :rotfl2:
6 hours round trip in the car with the VP and Sr VP:sad2: THink they will play the license plate game?
You're not flying :eek: How about the guess the colour of the 10th car game? :rotfl2:
While there we got a new table and chairs for the patio. It was a $700 set, we got it for $130.
Great deal :thumbsup2
Who's the chattiest Focker???
50 points to number 1 and 10 each for the top ten!!!
And those 3 say they don't talk :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:
BTW Jo, I was explaining to Leo that we'd be seeing your family again soon and tried to ID you guys by your accent... he wasn't getting it so I tried donning my faux-Brit accent and he told me I suck. Not literally, but i know that's what he meant.
Awwww :lovestruc
Meaning what? That I - his MOTHER - lack the ability to soothe and comfrot my BABY?!?!
You and T so deserve medals for living with your parents!
Dawn--I've been getting new undies lately too! Ross has some cute ones for not so expensive. Ab told me that "you feel better with cute underwear"........so today I put on a cute pair of orange bikinis........that showed thru my white capris ........and were too tight cause I've gained weight which made me admit that I apparently don't really wear a medium. .......so I'm trying again tomorrow with the blue ones and we'll see if I feel any better!
(maybe it just works with VS ones...... )
Sorry TE but :rotfl2:
i said-- reg, who are ya talkin to ?;
she says-- i'm talking to the mermaids.
So sweet :goodvibes
had to post........................ i'm down 10 lbs !!!!!!!! go me!!!!!
Yay :thumbsup2
I ordered Kingdom Keepers! I am planning on bringing it with me to WDW to read on the plane! When the 2nd one comes out in paperback I'll get it too!
I've got that for the plane, Ellie is reading it at the moment she's 2 thirds through!
Yesterday we went out for lunch after church with our adult Sunday School class (very fun) and then ended up going over to my BFF's house to swim in her pool later in the afternoon.
Sounds lovely!
Where's Jo? Golfing??
I wish, no I'm still at my Dad's and am now on baby sitting duty!
Hi everyone else :wave2:
So big vent coming, sorry.............
Em and her DH left last night as they're flying to NYC today and Dad and I are looking after Ollie and Ben, well they left after putting the boys to bed at about 7pm which was great, I was outside with all my relations at the BBQ chatting etc and I go indoors for something, look in the fridge and Emma has left no sterilised bottles :eek: I couldn't believe it, I then go to the lounge which is covered in toys, go upstairs (I was moving into the bedroom with Ben in and Em had promised to strip the bed) to find all her dirty bedding still on the bed and a big suitcase on the floor which I tripped on, luckily I didn't wake Ben :headache: Then this morning find they only had 1 outfit each left and everything else was dirty, OMG I am livid with her, she expects us to look after her babies for 4 days and doesn't even make sure everything is ready for us :mad:
Ben was good last night though, only woke at about 12 then 6.30am and they're both asleep now :thumbsup2
Math is a all year thing (we took a break after surgery, though). I try to do 2 lessons a week so we don't forget.
Also- we are starting History/geography/literature/art today. It's 40 weeks a year and it takes the most time & energy each day. So, I have been doing that year round this year too. Then, if someone has surgery, gets sick... we don't get behind. Plus we're entering the American history timeframe where we're going to really slow down and learn as much as we can because it's our favorite. I plan on incorporating the Amercian girls series with it too. That should be fun. :banana:
Her boss said just to go ahead and let her post all she wants! :confused3 ;)
:lmao: He gave up, huh?
::yes:: And in Gramma's case, it's hugely ironic since she wasn't so good at the mothering in the first place! :rolleyes:
That's exactly why I get so mad. :sad2:
I hear ya! I work really hard to have everything ready---even if it's just my animals that folks are watching cause I want it to be stress free (so they'll do it again!)
Exactly TE I would have all the clothes clean, bottles made, instructions left if needed :mad: I even joked you'd better bring me back something nice and she said I'll get you a box of milk duds, yeah I like them but :headache: Not that I'm doing it for any gift but it's the fact she just expects :mad:
The boys have just both woken up so :wave:
I'd be ticked too Jo. How could she do this? I overlan everything, even when Jimmy is only staying overnight I make sure there are enough clothes for 3 days "just in case" :confused3
Whenever we leave our kids, I write out detailed itineraries for them, especially if they've got school or other lessons while we're gone. My mom laughs at the detail of my lists! That's just crazy that she expected you to do everything! And Milk Duds are NOT a sufficient pressie for that kind of job! You deserve something a lot better than that -- like something from the big World of Disney store in NYC, right??? :banana:
We love you Janet!!! Janet is number 1!!
Go Phily! Or New Jersey! Or parole people!!!
I now proclaim this Official Janet Day........so suck up folks!
;)
Okay- Math is done and I need to run to the orthodontist (Why do the stupid wires pop out so much! :headache: ) and the library , then it's back to History for me. Hugs 'til later! :grouphug:
If you get bored while I'm gone, let me know what kind of DVD player you guys have in your car and how you like it. We had a DVD player mounted on the ceiling on the suburban, so now we need a new DVD portable DVD player before our trip in a few weeks. Help? :confused:
I've always said that Janet's my favorite Flat Stanley Focker. She got pictures to me less than 24 hours after I sent FS to her! :banana:
She's amazing!!!
If I ever need a parole officer, I sure hope it'll be her! ::yes:: :lovestruc
Love ya, Janet! :hug:
