Ok, I'm pissed. I was playing with my new car and when I purchased, the dealer told me I had free XM radio for 3 months. Well, when I went to check out the XM yesterday, I found out I don't have XM unless I got the leather package. I am furious! They should have told me that!

On a happier note, I called to check the payoff on the van I traded in and found out my payoff was $500 less than my credit report. So that means I get that back, right?


I'm off to the ortho specialist - wish me luck.

This talk of NPR is making me laugh. My parents used to torture us with it when we would drive across the country on our moves. We HATED it!

I'm BACK!!!!! This time it was the right day! I seriously spent over 2 hours in the Gyno office. Most of it naked. YUCK! They had to do an internal ultrasound (other parts of the country call them sonagrams). Yes this was awful! When a lady comes at you with a wand the size of a dilly doe, I want to run away and hide! I did find out that I have several fibroids that they need to watch.

Fun, Fun. more Gyno appts.

Oh yea... the best part is I get to go and get my baseline mammies grammed. I turned 35 this year, so with the extra grays 35 brought, I also get to to get my melons squeezed like lemons.

I have got to run and get ds from school and then it is CULVERS Night for his school (do you all have Culvers Hamburger shops?) Culvers donates a portion of their profits for the night to his school. So every family come and eats there. I have to work part of it. Just call me car hop!

The storks seemed to ONLY deliver Male Babies.

But I quick did some research and we ended up with a $300 Kenmore model.

I HAD vacuumed the family room rug Monday night.

We pulled, no joke, 2 full bins of hair and dirt out of just that one rug last night.

No wonder we have all been sneezy and such!

So, money well spent.

When I bought my Windtunnel (About 8 years ago), I couldn't believe how fast my bag filled up. I don't think it has the same suction now. I'm sure if we bought a new one, the bag would fill again. Next time I am getting a bagless. Everyone says Dyson is good, but I read on the budget board that someone got new carpet and when it shredded, the carpet company wouldn't handle through warranty because they had a Dyson and said it shredded due to aggressive vacuuming. Can they really do that?

You will have so much fun on your trip. We went to Paris once - before kids. We loved it and would like to go back - again without kids. When we were there, they had a strike and the Louvre was closed due to it. On our last day, we signed up with a tourist company to go to the Louvre. They luckily reopened and there was a huge line. People were waiting several hours to get in. The tourist company did not have to wait and we walked right in.

Even though the sonogram wasn't fun(I have had several) glad you found the fibroids early.I am about to have a mammagram too.I am 32 but my aunt died of breast cancer in her early thirties(I think 32 or 33) so I am getting my baseline now.

I am feeling soo bad for my friend.This year she has had BIG problems with her son in school(6th grade).He had always been in the gifted program with all A's and this year he has brought home F's.The work wasn't too hard but for some reason he wouldn't do the HW and other assignments.His test averages were all A's though.She just got a call that he failed. He has to go to summer school which will cost $400.they are having financial issues because her DH recently opened a business.I feel so bad for her.
