OhI didn't know that diet was involved
I wouldn't call it a diet - just changing how I eat. After lots of experimenting, I've figured out that my body really needs a good mix of carbs and protein. Too much of either just doesn't work. Now that I've found my ideal mix I'm finding that I just don't crave junk like I always have in the past. The other day I wanted a peanut butter cup. And I ate one. ONE CUP and I was satisfied! A couple months ago, I'd have easily downed three packages. So I'm not exactly restricting myself intentionally - just eating in a way that better fuels my body. I would be LIVID.We are all sitting around the conference table just conferring when out of the blue my manager says "Debra goes down to the shop a lot and cries to get her way" He says this not only to my coworkers but to the man who may possibly be my next manager!!! Needless to say I was![]()

That's beyond inappropriate and borders on harassment. That's a tough one. I think I'd probably split the difference and give him a card/note simply wishing him well in his future. You're right - you don't want to burn bridges. So anyway tomorrow is his last day. I bought him a card a week ago and wrote how I am going to miss him, he has been a great boss, a great friend, etc. But I just don't know if I can give it to him now

Yep, ITA, lol! I moved up this week to 30+ minute workouts and I'm really feeling it.They seem to vary, but on the "medium" level and doing the 30 day challenges, they seem to run about 25 minutes. I would normally say that is not enough exercise, but my bum would tell a different story.

Oh no!So, that was fun, but I really, really can't move now. I tried to bend over to pick up a ball, and it just hurt.

V, my BIL is an FSU fan so he's teaching Reid what an alligator says. Help, help.
Clearly I need to start spending some quality time with Reid.
Thanks Z!V: Congrats on the weight loss
Yay, I'm glad Rosie!Feeling a little better !!!!
Thank you!V you are very smart and a great mom!! I had a deadbeat mom. Im glad I had a father who was smart and caring. Your right it isnt fair but we turned out OK. Now get to work on that planning, missy!
I'm getting there, lol!The more the merrier!! V - this is a great city to take a Gramma-cation!!
I just need to get over my last solo drive to/from ATL. It was BAD. It's a solid 8 hours from my house under normal conditions; that trip happened to be during UF's Homecoming weekend and I got stuck in Gainesville traffic for 2 hours. I literally could not drive any more and pulled off to a hotel with Leo for the night, which made me miss work the next day.
Ditto. I'm going to be...busy...that day....
You guys are silly!Me too, me too!Looking forward to a vacation...M and I are anxiously awaiting our departure...

Hooray! So the biggest news of the day is.... we are going to disney!!!!!!!!!

You've always been our chattiest.OMG, I just noticed I passed 10,000 posts

Off site. Can you guys give me an idea of where I should look for ADRs for a dinner for two? Where would you go on a date night?
Sorry, I'm still bitter about Disney Dining! Here's the thing - excepting Bistro I've yet to find a place that's quiet and "romantic." But these are ones I've hit for romantic-ish meals...CA Grill at sunset
Jiko
Narcoossees
Bistro de Paris
Artist Point at sunset
I haven't been yet, but I suspect Citricos would be a good choice, too.
Click and Clack (Car Talk) said it couldn't wait...should have been replaced at 60,000 miles.
You called Click and Clack and didn't tell me?! When? I download the podcasts! And yeah - it's a miracle his timing belt hasn't just blown mid-trip yet... that one's a biggie. And expensive, but it'll gain you many more years and miles.
