But Kat, if he screwed up, why should you have to pay him more to fix his mistake??? Did you hear from the IRS?
He should pay you for the mistake
We She still may be spacey, but I know that's just her and while it's frustrating some times, I know it's nothing personal.
I love happy endings! Good for you for pulling your big girls panties up and taking care of business! What a great roll model you are for your kids.
Glad you worked everything out Dawn
Two word my friend - Turbo Tax
That never worked for us. We ALWAYS got a letter a year later telling us we still owed. Needless to say... We use an accountant now and got the same darn letter for the past 2 years.

I'm thinking there is something going on with the tax bracket we're in...
I know, right?! If only I had the patience for teaching...
Actually, I always thought I'd love to teach history. And I would, but I'd need to have only the brightest, insanely self-disciplined, most ridiculously interested in history students.
Bet you would be great!
*sigh* I'm so tired, tired, tired of school I could puke.
V- I want you to know that you are a total inspiration to all woman! You not only are a single momma, you are trying to better your education for both you and your little Leo's well being. You will get through it. I know you will. Your hard work will pay out at the end. No pain no gain girlfriend! Try to take a small break, even for a few days. Try to put classes out of our brain and maybe you'll be better equipped to jump in, with you V ambition in tow.

GO V! GO!
btw... what is FWIW? (from a post a few days ago)
Mel- I'm sorry about the eye issues!
Jen- When is your interview? Congrats! I think I forgot to tell you that!

I have been trying my bestest to keep up with you all. It is tough. We having been running from class to class in the AM and filling our afternoons with naps and playdates.
My newest news is that we are trying to swing a family vacation to the east coast in under a month! Yea, I know we are nuts for the short notice, but we need a family vacation and my dh needs a a non WDW vacation.

I'm hoping we can pull it off. My dh travels to Connecticut each month for business. To fly into Connecticut from MN is around $575-700, coach

We are looking into flying somewhere in NY and driving to Connecticut. We are also planning on a day tour of NYC to show our ds some of the iconic spots (hi Kat

) and maybe hitting the vineyards in NY. Whilst my dh has his meetings, I can drive the kiddos to the beach (45 min-1 hour from hotel).
Any East Coasters/seasoned visitors have ideas of not to be missed things that we should look into?
Are we nuts?
on second thought... skip that last question!
