Wholly carp! You girls talk TOO much! :lmao: Howdy Ho, Fockers! :wave2:

Well we're having our windows fitted, it's July so nice weather yup, errr nope it's chucking it down Everything's going to get nice and wet!
It's chucking down in July?? When does the dry weather start? :confused3

Well, you'll all be happy to know (Except T!) that the slide remains in the box and unopened. I stuck to my guns. Still thinking of returning it all together. And Tony had a FIT when he found out what it cost! Now I keep looking at the box and thinking there's Disney money inside of it and that it would be better spent elsewhere..
Seriously?? You didn't put it up! Oh man! :faint:

Ok, I'm sorry, but anyone who needs to borrow a huge amount of money, saying they'll pay it back in a week, is either: 1) Going to the track; 2) Going to Vegas or 3) Going to see Dr. Feelgood with a plan of cutting it up and selling it and keeping enough for his head...
THANK YOU! He told Andy it was because he was moving into an apartment and they were going to charge a higher security deposit because of their dog. **cough, cough ******** cough, cough**

::yes:: We had a pretty good weekend. But, is it too late to un-invite Gramma from our Dec. trip?!
Can't wait to read about this one. popcorn::

So, Leo went to his Dad's for two weeks last night, after we got back from WDW. I miss him already.
Good morning everybody! Spent most of yesterday visiting with dad. He came down to celebrate his birthday with Alek, Erich and I since we were away last weekend when his birthday actually occurred. It was a pretty good day aside from the typical drama involving mom when dad comes to visit but that blew over quickly. We ate lunch out and then came back to the house and played around on the Wii Fit that my dad gave me yesterday as an early birthday present. I think that is rather funny as we were celebrating his birthday yet I get an early birthday present.
SOunds like fun - I'm thinking of getting the kids at Wii for Christmas. They both want some pricey gifts this year, so I'm not sure what to do. Yeah, Maddie's got her list already.
My ME stuff came today :yay:
:woohoo:
I really want to try it.No extra money for it right now.My friend got rockband yesterday so we are going to go try that later.
My nephews got Rockband yesterday... we were rocking out all day yesterday! Who knew I could rock the mic like that??!! :mic: :lmao:
:headache: I happen to know of a child that can come and stay with you in Leo's place for a couple of weeks.

On the house!

Just say the word and he's on his way to ya!!:thumbsup2
Send him over here, LL. Waldo'll scare him straight! :lmao:

I need a Barbie report. Where's T?:confused3
Coming up, toots! ;)
How did you get a copy???
I have the DVD - the Bail bondsman nephew got it for me.

So I decided to go over witchy poo's head and made an appointment with the VP she reports into. He was very interested and accomodating and I am going over to his office Wednesday morning at 8:30. I will be professional and non emotional, but will bury the biotch:stir: . (I let my new VP know as a heads up and she thinks its an excellant idea)
Can't wait to hear about that outcome! popcorn::

Barbieville Update:

The Doctor returned from her vacay today, so the office was all crazied out! :headache: They had an office meeting on Thursday that I refused to attend, since it was on my day off - so the girls filled me in on the shenanigans. This office is such a joke. Itty Bitty Barbie has NO clue how to manage and is constantly running around the office because she doesn't know how to delegate responsibilities. Alabaster Barbie decided to show me how to do the evening financials and I came up .95 cents short. She freaked out! I pulled out a dollar from my wallet, shoved it in the drawer and took a nickle. There, done! You think I'd killed her dog by the look she gave me. I told her I didn't care enough to find the .95 cents and could care less about the measly $1 it cost me. Blech! Get me outta there!!!! :sad2:

Where the HECK is PJV?? She needs to get flat Jen to me!!! :yay:

O.K.... Jo I need for you to call me.

I HAVE TO KNOW WHAT A "BRIT" sounds like WHEN THEY YELL !!!:scratchin
DO they lose all their accent.... or does it get more "BRITTY" ?? :scratchin

:lmao: Ya know, I've talked to Jo - both on the phone and in person, yet when I read this Katt...I just kept wondering...what would Mary Poppins sound like if she was really pissed and had to scream at the kids...:rolleyes1 LY Jo!!

I know that one the Rare occasion :rolleyes1 THat I have BEEN FORCED TOO YELL ... My Southern accent gets MUCH MUCH WORSE:eek:

I think I need to hear this too!!

Wholly carp! You girls talk TOO much! :lmao: Howdy Ho, Fockers! :wave2:

It's chucking down in July?? When does the dry weather start? :confused3

Seems like it's always chucking down over there, doesn't it? Must be the Euro version of Seattle or something?:confused3

Seriously?? You didn't put it up! Oh man! :faint:

Nope. I even went so far as so print off the return paperwork to take it back to Target. I think Tony wants to keep it.

Wonder if I can sell it to him? His bonus check comes in September...;)

THANK YOU! He told Andy it was because he was moving into an apartment and they were going to charge a higher security deposit because of their dog. **cough, cough ******** cough, cough**

Oh please...You and I know where it's at...

Yooooo Hoooooo....Annnnnnnddddddyyyyyyyy....

SNAP OUT OF IT!!!!!

Love ya Andy, mean it...;)

My nephews got Rockband yesterday... we were rocking out all day yesterday! Who knew I could rock the mic like that??!! :mic: :lmao:

Jo I found one post that FR arrived don't know how I missed it but I am gald after all the DRAMA involved getting the photo done ! Guess what the girls have now found everything!!:lmao: The cell phone was recovered the next day so all is well at Rosie's !! We just got back from exchanging the furniture we bought, We told the sales guy when we bought it that we forsaw damage problems with it and he said don't worry it has a life time warranty soooo we have ne (different ) furniture and got a bunk bed for Kyle to boot!!
Glad the phone was found and funny about the furniture :rotfl2:

And really that is the most important thing. :lmao: Whenever Alek comes over to visit mom is always telling us off as we get really loud and rowdy over our Disney Scene It games and she doesn't want the neighbours to hear our "foul language". :rotfl:
Lessa using foul language? :rotfl2:

Will do :thumbsup2

Wow. Ok, I cleaned the house. And got the tire fixed. No rim damage (thank goodness!) and they put the same kind of tire on for $122. Not as bad as I feared, but bad anyway as we have just gotten home from vacation and it's not really the time for unexpected repair bills!
That's good and also where's TE????

So who in the world is Ridley Scott then? Isn't that a real person?:confused3
Isn't he an actor?

Geeze...must you yell? :eek:What will the neighbors think?? Maybe she asked again because she couldn't understand your accent??:confused3
:rotfl2:

I spent some time on Sunday....Dyson-ing...

Nope...doesn't sound as good as hoovering...
Actually I have a Dyson so really I am dysoning :rotfl2:

I have a feeling we'll be having Dairy Queen for lunch this afternoon though.

On a day like today ice crema for lunch is ok!:thumbsup2

So who in the world is Ridley Scott then? Isn't that a real person?:confused3

He is a movie director, he has made such movies as Gladiator one of my all time favs!

So I have a Wii question...what's a Wii Points Card for??:confused3

I'm lost...

The Wii is capable of being hooked up to the internet. When online with your Wii you can use your Wii points card to buy older Nintendo system games that will download onto your Wii for you to play.

Ok, you guys. Ridley Scott is a director! He directed ALIEN. You know, Sigourney Weaver????

And I can't believe that Lessa even KNOWS foul words.... :lovestruc

Darn, Mel beat me to the Ridley Scott answer.

Oh believe me, I swear with the best of them, I just don't do it often. I am a sweet innocent girl after all.

Morning everyone! Today's the day! We leave for our trip to Chicago at 2pm. I just haven't told my MIL that yet! Oooops! I realized at 10:30 pm last night that I never called her. So, I'd better do that this morning, huh?

The girls have swimming this morning and then it's home to pack, clean a bit, give DD4 a bath so DH doesn't have to do it tonight and then wait for the in-laws to show up so we can leave. DD7 woke up early this morning and came running into our room with her doll. Think she's excited??

Since I'll be away from my computer for a few days, you guys have to promise to not be so chatty, okay? I don't want to have to catch up on 10+ pages when I get back!!!:rotfl2:

Sheesh - back 24 hours and I STILL can't keep up! ;)

How cute! :cutie:

She has a problem going to the bottom for the rings-she floats really well.:rolleyes1
:rotfl: Leo, too - it's a major struggle for him to touch the bottom, even in 3ft.!

How's V doing with all the peace and quiet?
Not bad - an update is coming up...

I was hoping for a new beach read...
How do you feel about time travel mixed in with Scottish, French, English and American history, with the added bonus of the occasional gratuitous sex scene and some obligatory violence? The Outlander series, by Diana Gabaldon, is one of my all-time favorite reads! I just started in on Outlander (the first in the series) for like the 10th read. :thumbsup2
A little bit...he's kissing my butt today though..."Mommy you look really pretty today", "Mommy I really like your hair that way", "No! I want Mommy to tuck me in"...He must be up to something...:cool2:
Good boy - he know who butters his bread! ;)

It's chucking down in July?? When does the dry weather start? :confused3
There's dry weather in England?! :rotfl2:

Hi to everyone!

My update today is all about music - classical music. Before you skip to the next post, it also involves pirates. Of the Caribbean persuasion, if you will. ;)

I love, love love the music in all 3 Pirates movies and often find myself humming various melodies from the films for days after watching them. So I finally ordered all 3 soundtracks and they arrived last night.

Now, I'm something of a classical music afficionado and I treasure the rare opportunities I have to listen to an entire piece at home, on the "good" stereo. It's gotten a lot harder to eek out these times since Leo came around; I need quiet to fully enjoy the music, KWIM? ;) So, last night, I enjoyed the entire soundtrack from Curse of the Black Pearl... and it was wonderful! :cloud9:

This morning, on my way to work, I started in on Dead Man's Chest... HOLY CARP - it's an absolute masterpiece! The second track, The Kraken, is simply phenomenal; constantly building and retreating crescendos, gorgeous string sections and added bursts of vocals. IMNSHO, Hans Zimmer (the composer) is a genius! :thumbsup2

I too share your love of Hans Zimmer V. I love the Pirates soundtracks, own all three. I also loved his work in Gladiator, The Last Samurai, really pretty much anything he has done I love. :lovestruc

Rachel did better at the swimming lessons today.I just wish they weren't so early-8:30am.:scared1: We are back and my two boys still haven't woken up.I haven't decided what we will do today.I have my two nephews and we usually go to the pool when I have them but I am thinking of dissing and cleaning instead.Feeling a little lazy this morning.Rachel didn't sleep more than thirty minutes at a time last night ,which means I didn't either.

Last night I mentioned Peyton made homemade muffins. He was so proud, too bad he didn't like them.He may grow up to be a cook but he will be a skinny one.He won't eat anything.:sad2:
