TEAM FIVE: Herc's Heroes--Post miles/hours here!

I was ill but i got a wee little slow walk in. only 2 miles and 30 minutes but at least something. :)
 
I think we're doing great because we are all doing something to be healthy and support our TEAM!

I'm checking in for this week as follows:

5.5 hours (walking dogs / biking / dvd workouts)
19.25 miles (walking dogs / biking)

Side Note: We have 3 dogs so Sunday I walked each one individually between 2-2.5 miles. I swear that was more taxing keeping them focused than running the myself.

This week sure wasn't great, but next two weeks I will be traveling. I will try to log something but probably won't be much - sorry TEAM - but I know you all will keep 'going the distance'!
 
Okay bad, bad week for me. I really need the weather to improve. It is affecting my mood. :guilty:

A new week and I am NOT letting this weather get me down anymore. Just went out and did the W1D2 Couch25K plan again. I am repeating week one but feel ready for week 2. I had to be careful and skip from the sidewalk to the road in quite a few places because of big chunks of ice but that is okay. I went out and did it, even though it is not even 30 degrees out there I was tired of being inside. I warmed up pretty quick and I did my 2.48 miles in 32 minutes. I FEEL GOOD!

Hello, team five! Just a quick note to let you know that did put in 6.5 miles this morning in 1:45. My neck is still sore, though. I'm going to get some lunch and then update the spreadsheet. Hope every is having a great day!

Good job getting out there, Allyson! Really makes me appreciate our NC winters. (50 today - I had to wear long sleeves!:scared1: )

I had a stonker this morning - 5.5 miles in 1:00:02. That's my slowest in MONTHS. I'll blame it on so much LTO the past couple of weeks and the hilly route. Told me I've got lots of work to do before my half marathon in April!

Hi team!

I took out my two buddies and did a walk/run with them followed by a quick run of my own. Today's totals: 5.38 miles in 56 minutes

It was so warm (60) it was really great; unfortunately a cold front comes through tonight. Boo! I am ready for spring!! (Remind me of this in the summer when I'm sweltering!)

I finally got a run in: 3.1 miles in 34:52.

Minnie training started this week, plus (fingers crossed) bronchitis finally kicked so I should be around more from now on!
