Hello Everyone and Welcome Morgan
What part of Texas are you in? We lived in Austin for 7 years in the 1980's and our daughter was born there. The odd thing is she works for JP Morgan in Boston and on Wednesday their work group was told their whole group was being moved to Dallas sometime in the next year. She may be moved to another group here, or she may be asked to move there, so she literally could be returning to her home state, 23 years after.
I have the data up to here input. The odd thing is March 31 is Monday, so I also need from everyone what they did on March 29, 30, and 31. If you could give me the usual, miles and hours in decimal form, I'll add it to the final week's tally and that way March will be a correct total.
I would request that everyone give me both miles and hours in decimal form from now on. Sadly I am beginning to get overwhelmed with the amount of data that I receive in different forms from different folks, and it is starting to take a fair amount of time for me to aggregate all the information and get it into the master sheet. Anything you all could do to help me would be greatly appreciated.
It's good to see everyone still making good progress. I was a sick as could be for 3 days last week, but had a nice run and bike/weight session at the end, so perhaps I'm out of the woods there. Thankfully the sickness was now, and not before the May 4 race.
I do need to get outside (today = 38 degrees but 30 mph winds and brutal wind chills) so I can again feel what 9 mpm feel like on the track. I need to be careful in mile 1 of the 15K so I don't blow out an 8:10 mile and then end up sucking wind at the end.
Best to all
Craig
