Team 8 Jessica's Rabbits Bios and Info

Hi Team!

Recovery week here so even with doubling the half miles from Sunday it looks a little light. Although I did add lap swimming end of the week - just had to get a little more activity (felt like a slug). Bike miles will be increasing since next event I have is the EEC in Sept.

Aug 7-14
Miles 32.58 (includes 2x for the half)
Hours 6

Good Morning !
Well we survived the CDC half marathon, and have double the miles for the team !

30.98 miles

3.93 Hours

And being in second week of recovery, we went out on Saturday for a short bike ride and ran/walked according to the schedule.
The bike ride, however turned into 16 miles.
Having too much fun to stop.

Hope everyone had a great weekend and has a great week!

Patrick

Hello Everyone. I am caught up to this point. As always, thanks for your numbers and information. The weather here has changed to feel like mid-September, perfect for pushing the training a bit. I know many of us will be in Orlando for the January races, so it's great to feel the cool weather coming just when the training steps up in intensity.

I'm doing really well, health-wise, and am trying to be smart enough to train and build without injury. I've been really working the weights and bike to go with my measly 2 runs a week, and I'm certainly and lot stronger and fitter than just 1 month ago.

Of course, I'm not even close to where I was for the Minnie of May 4. I'm still not sure how so much fitness can go away so quickly.

Best to all, and keep the reports coming.
Craig

Hey team! Remember me?? I feel really bad for not checking in for so long. It's been a crazy month to say the least. Who knew an infant could take up so much time? :confused3 It's been great, though.

I will go back to my training log and add up my miles and hours for the month, but that probably won't be till this weekend.

I did want to check in and say HI and let you know I was still alive.

Glad to see everyone's doing well. I'll check back in as soon as I get a chance!

Steve
