TEAM #6: OHANA-No One Gets Left Behind:Post your miles/hours here

The activities:
Walk 2.4 miles/30min
Volleyball 2hr
Bicycle 3.6 miles/15min
Elliptical 30min (it only gives strides not miles!)
Upper Body Weights 50min

TOTAL: 6 miles, 4 hours & 5 min

It could've been better, but I'll take it.

For this week, I have 26 miles, and 5.25 hours.

Christa and Debra, :scared1: THOSE ARE SOME SERIOUS MILES. WOW. GREAT WORK!

Good Job, Team O'Hana!

I had a really stinky week because life and work took over and I wasn't feeling well.

R/W -2.75 miles - 40 minutes
Bike - 5.40 miles - 15 minutes
XT - 1.70 miles - 65 minutes

Total for week:
9.85 miles
120 minutes

Great job, everyone! I went ahead and entered the mileage that had been posted before around 9pm. I had alot of trouble with the times because once you delete something it messes everything up. I had to do some calculations manually and I am hoping when I go back it may resolve itself. I'm sorry guys, but your captain is somewhat of a computer illiterate.

Oh, and here's my tally for the week:

15.58 miles, 11:45 time Not much walking this week, but alot of XT!

I'm amazed at some of the distances and times you guys are posting! I can't wait until I can get to those levels - gives me hope =)

I'm a little confused about swimming distances...I forgot to double check at the gym to clarify how many laps I needed to do to equal a mile. I swam 32 laps (64 trips down and back) in a 25 meter pool - I think that's 1 mile, but somewhere else I saw that it was 1/2 :confused3

ANYWAYS. My totals are just Monday through Friday - because I only started working out on Monday!!

2 hours Walking/running on the track (mix of both for CP25K) - 6.75 miles
1.25 hours swimming - almost 1 mile (I think?)
.5 hours core/weights/strength training

Total time = 3.75 hours
Total distance = 7.75 miles (I think? - I promise I'll double check with the gym on Monday!)

My father-in-law is getting re-married this weekend so I'm not sure what I'll be able to fit in...but hopefully I'll be able to spend some serious time working out on Sunday.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Good Morning!

I waited to post last night after dh's workout, and then got busy...

Here are our totals for the week 2/1-2/8:

Dennis:

8.30 miles 100 minutes

Maria:

26.98 miles 275 minutes

I had two days of biking, so that really made a difference in my miles! This week I'm going to just add a quarter mile to my long walk, and six minutes to biking. I want to slowly get my biking up to the same time as my other walks.

You guys did Grrreat! Go Team Ohana!

Maria

WOW! Amazing work, Family!

You guys have really stepped up to the plate....Congrats to everyone!

And even more impressive, I now have everyone's miles so I can go complete the spreadsheet! thanks for being so prompt!

Vanessa: Great job this week! To answer your question about the swimming, I think they consider 66 lengths of a standard meter pool to be a mile. I say this because my daughter always swam the mile in competition events and it translated to a 1650. My pool at the Y is a "yard" pool, so they consider a mile to be 72 lengths. This confuses me because 72 lengths would be 1800 yds and I thought a mile was 1760yds. As far as i'm concerned, you swam a mile...or pretty darn close to it! Good job!

:rotfl: :rotfl:
For us rednecks down here, I thought you just meant like you had a pool in your yard :lmao:

Hi Team!

Wow, I'm not sure what all I missed this weekend -- just wanted to say another thank you to everyone making this game possible -- it is really motivating me to workout when I would otherwise shrug it off, and I appreciate it!

Panda -- Now stop trying to pawn your team photos off as ours!

I am having fun, and I hope everyone else is, too!
