Allyson, great job on your run with your DH! Those hills may not be a lot of fun, but they do help a lot!

I've gotten in some swimming, two runs, and a could of bikes so far this week. For the weekend I have a LR of about 8 miles planned, plus a 50km group ride on Sunday. Should be a good time!

Cruddy feeling run today. 39 min/3 miles. My legs just felt tired the whole time. Not a good one.


For the last week Mon 9/8-Sun 9/14 I had 140 minutes and 6.3 miles.

I admit it, I've been a bad Hero. I've been up to my eyeballs in work and stress and trying to help pull together a shower for my dbf's sister. Hopefully, I can settle down into an actual workout routine now and push for January. The past couple of nights, I finally caught up on sleep.

The shower came together well, felt like I ran a half after it though. Good thing my dbf was there to run for assorted things. The bride was happy and that was what mattered.

I did 450 minutes of shoveling so far. About 8 miles of jogging (since forgotten the time), and 14 miles of walking.

Hi Crew,
Well, we have been traveling tons, but did some hikes, runs and x-train:

12 miles running 130 minutes
5 mile hike 90 minutes
x-train: 300 minutes
 
Saturday I did 28 minutes of yoga and strength training.

This afternoon I did 3.1 miles, 36 minutes, a PR for me. I downloaded some workout music remixes and I think they helped me kick up my pace a little!

For the week of Mon 9/15-Sun 9/21 I did a total of 9.1 miles and 173 total minutes.

9/8-9/14: 370 minutes/17.9 miles
9/15-9/21: 550 minutes/34.8 miles

19 days until the Chicago Marathon (but who's counting)...For the first time, it's starting to feel real - I have my assigned bib #. I'm now enjoying my first taper.
