TEAM 5: HERC'S HEROES - September Miles and Hours Post Here!

Yesterday I got in 20 minutes of yoga and strength training

Today went for a run, 3.1 miles, 38 minutes.

I did a mile at 16 plus 30 minutes of wii fit.
30 minutes if shoveling

Had to get up at 3:30 this morning so I had to take it easy yesterday.

I recovered from my high impact napping and did get a half hour of yoga in.

Walked/jogged 5.3 miles today at 1:13:12. It really felt great to be out there again!
 

I've been MIA for some time now, but now the push is on for the half! Here are my times for this week:

My first 5K! 42:34
Wed...2.5 miles...38:36
Thurs...forgot to record mileage....38:36
Sat...4 miles...53.40

2 hours of cross training.
 
Happy Sunday night:
My first 5K since baby: 33:03
6 additional miles: 72 minutes

225 minutes of yoga/spin/pilates

Is it time to get serious now for the 1/2 UGH!!:scared1:
 
Walked/Jogged 10.5 miles at 2:42:12. Today my legs felt like lead & just didn't want to move. I definitely have a lot of work to do!

Horrible run today, had to walk alot more as my shins were hurting.

3.1 miles, 40 minutes
