Well as this is the last day of the month, not sure, but guess I should post:

Monday - 6 miles 1.5 hours
Tuesay - bike for 45 minutes
Wed. - 4 miles 1 hour
Friday - 4 miles 1 hour
 
Just in, man it is warm out there today!

25 minutes


Of that I ran about 15 total. I am getting over my issues with having to stop and walk a bit. My new mantra is "Its okay to take a walk break". :cool1:

Starting off June right, so glad my sciatic nerve is behaving itself again!

30 minutes of shoveling
70 minutes of yoga, boxing, and strength training, the games and stuff on the WiiFit are addictive! I don't even count my time that I spend playing the different games!

I got in lots of biking this week, plus I raced my first duathlon this weekend, so double miles and times!

Monday:
Hot yoga for 1:30:00

Tuesday:
15.12 mi of biking
3 mi of running
1:30:00 of boot camp

Wednesday:
3.11 mi of running
15.43 mi of biking

Thursday:
15.21 of biking
1:30:00 of boot camp

Friday:
7.62 mi of biking

Saturday:
KGH Duathlon in Sylvan Lake, AB
1:37:58 (3k run - 26k bike - 3k run)

My shins weren't feeling so hot. I'm glad I went though. I contemplated waiting till later and I'm glad I just went and did it now.

Things have been really crazy around here, but I am back now. My aunt is still in the hospital, but they are talking about sending her home this week. I am so sorry to have been gone so long. I will be getting the spread sheet updated, and should be done by the end of the week. I didn't realize that none of that was being done or I would have been back sooner. Thank you guys for being so patient with me!!

HELLO TEAM

I owe you guys a BIG time apology I have not been around in forever!!!! Sorry to let you guys down. I have not run in 2 weeks due to IT issues and did not keep track of the time that I spent doing Yoga, Pilates etc.

I have however gotten back on track and will be easing my way into some runs this week and will post my numbers at the end of the week.

Again I'm really sorry!

I have been busy trying to plan and pull together my dd grad party and her Prom.

DH started a new job after three months of no income (fighting unemployment) long story. so just a little stressed around here.

Things are looking up for us now!

Been a little crazy at work. So I slipped a little bit

Since the 1st, I put in 150 minutes of shoveling, 12 miles of walking back and forth and only an hour of wiifit.

Wednesday the 10th I did 2 miles, 25 minutes.Today I did my first ever 5K, 3.1 miles and 37:40 minutes, and you can double that for being a race!
