teacher diploma

Hello

I need a little help creating something for a great teacher.
Her name is Miss Jodi Keifer.
She taught my daughters Kindergarten class at Elliott Elementary (2012-2013)
This is her first class at our school and she has done a great job.
(If it helps our mascot is the Eagle)

Can one of you great disigners please create me some kind of diploma or reward certificate to give her from the class.
I would greatly appreciate it.

Well school is out now.
But if you have time and are willing to make it, I can give it as a welcome back gift for next year.
She will still be a Kindergarten teacher at my daughters school.
