Tea Sandwiches at GF

We went to Tea for lunch one day at the Garden View Lounge. Does anyone know what tea sanwiches were served. I just can't remember and I know I've seen it on the boards but can't find it. Thanks for any help you can give me.

There is egg salad, chicken salad, shrimp salad, cucumber, and meat loaf. Just kidding about that last one -- I don't remember what it was. These sandwiches are reeealy tiny. The five of them together add up to about half of a normal sandwich.

and the past 3 times i've had the tea, the bread has been dry

very very dry.

almost "stale" dry.

(kept thinking it was "just this one time" - guess not - it was every time.)

I believe the last time we had the tea one of the sandwiches was pear and gorgonzola.

I've had the Grand Tea about 15 times over the years and it's always been delicious. I'm sorry for anyone whose had dry bread
The other sandwich is a pear and Stilton (I believe) sandwich. they are so yummy!!

Sure am glad it wasn't meatloaf. I would have run as fast as I could out of the place.
