My Brownie troop is going to have a "Grandparents Tea" in the spring and I am looking for a couple of different teas to serve. I would like to do both hot and cold teas, along with finger sandwiches and the like. Any suggestions? Thanks!

tea - to drink?

it's gotta be Tetleys, hot with milk - there' s no other option.... If you can' get Tetley's then anything marked English Breakfast Tea is the next best thing.

Earl Grey without milk is quite nice if you like a flowery tea (it smells like flowers) but personally I don't like the smell.

for food, you need nice little sandwiches, egg and cress, cucumber, tuna, with the crusts cut off, nice cakes (like a pound cake - YUM) and scones with jam and cream - the quintessential afternoon tea.
