Yes, you can do it w/passes you buy at aaa, too.

You can add anything you want (hopping, pluses or non expiration) to any level of MYW ticket purchased anywhere at anytime during the 14 days after first use period. Just stop by a Guest Relations location.

Does this (buying at AAA) only apply to five day or longer tickets? I know that if you buy online you can only get tickets five days or longer. I'm hoping AAA will do less, as I only need four day tickets for my next trip, and would like to get that out of the way before arriving at WDW. One less thing to worry about.

As far as I could remember, last year at AAA they were selling 4 and 5 day park-hopper and I think they were selling the plus option, not sure. I don't remember seeing a 6 or 7 day passes.

I'm not sure how AAA is selling their tickets now, but if you need them before you go, and AAA doesn't work out for you - you can simply order from the Disney website and have them shipped to you. You'll have them before you leave.
