TCD Oh it just gets better

You think this is all over well get this, i've recieved a letter this morning from "KROLL" asking me to settle my debt with TCD, they want the rest of my park tickets paying or i'll be taken to court!!!!!!
Anyone else been contacted by these administrators??
I'm trying to get my money back from CAA and these guys want money out of me!!!!!

All sorted with one phone call, thank goodness.
Kroll who are sorting the administration of XL had no way of recording who had and had not been on there holiday so consequently contacted everyone who had a balance payable on their holiday. Since the letter came out they have found a way of now telling who's been and who hasn't, so another letter is on its way to me stating i owe nothing.

But when has anyone recieved tickets with an outstanding balance???? If anyone owed a balance surely it would mean they haven't gone yet?????

Exactly - I used to work in a TA.

No money no tickets. If you hadn't paid by 6 weeks defore departure the holiday would be cancelled and you'd lose your deposits.

I think they've made a mistake and are making excuses!
