Its because of poor CS and complaint handling that I won't use them again. Calling your customers liars after being sent evidence of your mistake is not the way to run a business.

I totally agree.. we lost 24 hours from our holiday and got offered nothing!
Unless it was a really cheap deal ..and time I could afford to lose.. I wouldn't use them again.

We got offered a waive of the booking fee for our next holiday.
No thanks, would rather go with someone who may appreciate our custom.
Ended up book with First Choice with upgraded seats for Port orleans for my birthday next year.
Thats one holiday of many that won't be booked through TCD.
