My boyfriend had a TBI five years ago and now has a plate in his head. He is very sensitive to pressure, motion sickness, and strobe lights. I have never ridden with these things in mind. I don't want to ask him to ride things that cause him pain or do anything to ruin his trip. Any suggestions on what rides and experiences we need to avoid?

I dont usually get motion sickness, but flight of passage at AK made me very nauseous. Definitely avoid that one.

My son suffered a severe TBI 6 years ago and has 4 titanium plates in his head. He rides everything except Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, and orange side of Mission to Mars.

It would be a good idea to check with the doctor- especially with plates or a shunt.
