Congrats! I’d say that is a pretty smoking SSR deal! I toyed with SSR a bit and I don’t think I saw anything below $80 in the recent ROFR thread history. Well done.

Congrats! Been seeing a lot of SSR resale buys lately. Going there at the end of the year. Will be kicking myself if we like it more than AKV.

Ive never been there Strictly SAP and one bedroom conversions! Almost half of my points are SSR it works great for us (for now )

Thank you! When they said the seller would entertain $77 I got scared my wife would be pissed So I thought well if I ask for them to pay MF it will be a no so oh well.

When they said yes I figured it was meant to be, i had been so sad i'd have to buy 10 points direct to hit 1000 and then random 210 point contract accepts in the 70's which was the goal!

Aw thank you! Yes it actually makes me excited to think what I can snag with these points added! Perhaps my first vgc one bedroom or a grand villa for the holidays??? Im ready to hit the slots running and see what i land on
