My son is still in a booster - he'll be six when we go but in CT will not meet the weight requirement for at least another year. We had considered taking a taxi back from other resorts after a couple of our scheduled ADR's. Are taxis exempt from the car seat rule in FL?

Taxis are not exempt from car seat laws in Florida.

FL law does not require a 6 year old to be in a car seat or booster.
