Taxi's from Premium Outlet

Hi Folks

Ive been reading the boards for my trip back to Disney in 2 days time and only have one question about taxis and taxi protocol.

Now I've got the advice about only use Yelllow or Checker Cabs (Mears run) but wanted to know how to catch one of these from Premium Outlet - does it have a taxi rank ? If it does and there are other cab companies in the rank whats the protocol for waiting for the Mears run cab.

Anyone able to help ?

I've seen taxi's sitting outside of the Premium Outlets on the I-4 side.
