Taxi

If we wanted to get a taxi to take us to our B'fast at MGM and arrive prior to 8:15 how soon do we need to request one and how do you do that at your resort? Staying at POFQ and will need to get to MGM. Also, can you just call the front desk to handle this in the am or do you have to walk down? Also, about how much would this cost? Thanks so much.
