Taxi while in the World

I saw on another thread that someone walked (at closing) from Epcot to grab a taxi from Beach Club to their resort. When I'm @ a park, is there a specific place I need to go to get a taxi back to my resort? I'm thinking I would probably only use a taxi for the nights that I stay in the parks 'til closing.

There are taxi stands at each park (though you have to go to TTC to get a taxi from MK).

But if you are in Epcot's WS for Illuminations, you can probably get to the Beach Club faster/easier for a taxi rather than walking all the way to the front of Epcot.

Taxis are everywhere at WDW! They're at each resort entrance. If one isn't sitting there ask Bell Services to call one. They're at each park's entrance/exit usually near the buses. Just look for the wall of yellow!

Add: they are also at DTD. I remember seeing them in the parking lot behind the Disney Store. I'm sure they are all around I just didn't see them.

While staying off site a few years ago I found it easier when I was at MK to just either walk to the Contemporary or take the Monorail to the contemporary to get a cab. When taking a cab to the MK go to one of the Monorail resorts to save the extra cost that some cabbys tack on because they have to pay a toll to come into the TTC parking area.
