Taxi Van from the resort?

We're using ME to get to the resort but when we go home we're thinking of using a taxi van (there will be 5 of us) back to the airport as we don't want to leave three hours before our flight to the airport. Approx. how much does it usually cost for a taxi van to the airport? Thanks for any help!

We used FLTours to get 10 of us back to the airport since we had already moved over to USF. I forget how much it was exactly because we had combined several trips together, but you can click right here on their website (they are DIS sponsors) and price it out - their service was very good - we left USF at 1:30 for a 3:45 flight - they dropped us off at curbside check in - we were so happy to not have a long wait until we checked in to find our flight was delayed almost 2 hours !! Try pricing out FLTours for a van.

Be sure when you contact a car service you ask how long before flight time they want to pick you up....in our experience they wanted to pick you up 2.5 hours prior to flight time!! Since DME pickups are usually 2.75 to 3 hours before flight time you may not want to spend all of that cash for 15 to 30 minutes. If you take a cab it will be about the same cost as a car service, but you will have a little more control over pick up times and could get an extra 1 to 1.5 hours out of your stay!!

Thanks for the tip! We are trying to get every hour possible out of our vacation, that's why we don't want to go with DME on the way back. Thanks again!
