TAXI SHARE from Pop Century to Universal Studios

Hi everyone. I am staying at Pop Century with my 4 year old. It is just the two of us. I will be going to Universal Studios on December 13 & 14. Does anyone want to share a taxi to cut the cost? I will be going before the park opens and returning when the park closes.

Also, I would be interested in sharing a ride if you are renting a car or brought your own. It is just myself and my 4 year old. I would pay $20 if I could get a ride. The taxis are $35 each way!!!! As a single mom, that will break me since we want to go to Universal Studios for 2 day.

As I recall, there is an off-site shuttle service that will pick up at a WDW resort and bring you to Unversal (round trip). I don't remember what the name of it was, but last Dec. someone at the front desk of Pop Century told me about it. The service had multiple times for going and returning. I believe it was only $15 round trip! You may want to go that route and save some money. Only 10 more days until I'm there! Woo hoo!!!!

You're welcome! I hope I see you there too. I'll be heading to Universal from WDW probably on the 10 or 11th (or both). Haven't decided yet. I like to kind of make very few plans prior to going... Have fun!!!

It's Mears Shuttle. Call the Front Desk at Pop at least the day before you want to go, and ask to be connected to Mears (i.e. no charge for the phone call). Also, I could EASILY be wrong - but I thought I remember hearing that kids under 12 ride free?

I have taken Mears to Universal twice. I believe it was $15-19 round trip. They pick you up at the POP and you have to call them when you are ready to leave Universal. The last shuttle leaves around 2:00AM.

just got back a little oer a week ago mears shuttle to/from pop was $16 conciege set it all up the day earlier, left my return open becuse i stayed for the tna wrestling taping and was not sure how long that would last they give you a card and tell you to schedule return 2 hour notice.
