I will be arriving in March for a conference. My flight is from Europe, via ATL and not arriving in MCO until 6 PM after 17 hours of flying. I am not waiting for DME. I have made the trip before and always just grabbed a cab. Should I look at getting a town car instead? I don't need to make a stop for supplies at a store and my only intention is to get from point a to b as fast as possible. Thanks in advance!

You pay a towncar driver a flat rate. You pay the taxi driver what the meter says. You don't need a meet n greet. You don't want a stop. It's probably a little easier to just wait on the cab line rather then have to hunt for your driver.

Most posters will suggest a car service. Don't have to worry about traffic or "creative routing" upping the meter. Driver might help you with your luggage.

In any city, under any circumstances, if I have a choice of taking the next taxi in line or arranging a car servoce for about the same price, I'll always choose the car service.

In general, you'll get better service, a nicer and cleaner vehicle, and a pre-set price.

Thanks. I might go with the car service then. If for nothing more then to massage my ego.
