Do Taxis in Nassau take credit cards? How do you pay if not?

Has anyone done the Graycliff Hotel for a day for the pool experience? If so, how was it?

A google search says taxis don't take credit cards. The exchange rate is 1 US$ to 1 B$, so cash is an option.

Our experience is cash only. One time, we had a taxi take us fairly far afield to an art store (got a great original oil painting), but the driver said he needed $20 more to get us back to the wharf. Not cool, but we paid because the neighborhood was NOT awesome

Taxis are cash only in Nassau.

Thank you for the tip. In the end, we are not doing the day at the hotel. Turns out there is no ramp for HA access to the hotel or the pool area. I am glad we called!
