Taxi from Hess across from DTD to CBR

Anyone do this. How much would it be?

I used the taxi fare estimater from Mears to get an approx. price of $18 one way.

I used addresses I found on Google for DTD and CBR.

From the Hess station to the Old Port Royale Center, which is centrally located within CBR it's approx 2.7 miles ( 2.1 miles to the Customs House ). Therefore shouldn't be more than a $10 fare plus tip.

Free if you take the DTD bus and walk across the street. This is what we do when we need to buy water and pop.

I plan on walking over there from DTD. I just don't know if I can carry a case of water and pop and a few munchies back.
