TAXI from Dolphin to Airport

Has anyone taken a taxi from the Dolphin to the airport? If so, how much did it cost?

I was thinking of getting a taxi for my return trip to the airport but ended up booking a rental through Alamo. It's only $32.00 after taxes and fees for a one day rental from the Dolphin to MCO.

Allow extra time for the likely line at the Dolphin to pick-up your rental car.

I would agree on a price with the driver beforehand. We took a cab from the Dolphin to AKL lodge for breakfast one morning and were charged $40.00! On the way back with another dirver it ws only $20.00, which is what I expected.
