Taxi from CBR to CR?

OK. I think we are going to take a taxi from CBR to CR for early CM breakfast.

How do I do that, and how much time do I allot?

Do I call from my room to Customs House to ask them to get me a cab, or do I just call a taxi company? I assume they have to pick me up at CUstoms House rather than come right to my door...

Do most cabs know how to get around the complex, or do I need to worry about getting lost and missing my ressie?

And finally (I apologize but I have never ridden a taxi before) how much should I plan to bring to pay for the ride, and if I tip, how much?

There should already be cabs in the parking lot at CBR - if there's not one right by the door, just ask Bell Services. They'll either flag one in, or get one for you.
Ideally, all cab drivers know how to get around Walt Disney World.
