Taxi from BCV to DS

We usually take the boat to DS from BCV and return in the evening on the walking trail. Would it cost more than $10.00 to take taxi from BCV to DS and where does the taxi drop guests off upon arrival at DS? Thank you.

It would be under $10...it's under $10 to go from BC to POP, without tip.
I have no idea where the taxi would drop you off at. Is there a reason you wouldn't use the boat going back vs a cab?? Just being nosey.

We have a tight window in the morning where we need to check out of BCV and then check back in (2 ressies). Sometimes we have the bad luck of getting to boat dock shortly after boat has left so thought the taxi route might be more predictable/effecient.
