taxi for five

We will be staying at BLT in November. Four adults - possibly five. For two resort dinners, I think we will be using a taxi.

From what I have read, we will need to request a van taxi for five adults. Are van taxis as available at the resorts as regular taxis? I was wondering if we should request one early through bell services.

Do they cost more or is it the same?

Yes there are van taxis all over WDW. If there doesn't happen to be one there when you request one, don't worry, they will have one there in 5-10 minutes.

Not an issue at all...we have used Taxis a few times going from resort to resort for dinner...soooooo much easier and faster than taking a bus to a park and then on to the resort for dinner....anyway I digress....ahem...

Plenty of van type taxis...if there isn't one they will get you one really quickly!
Once staying at POFQ went to the front desk and we had a cab out front in moments...he was just waiting around the corner for a call....
