Hi could we get a taxi between resorts instead of getting two buses? I have a character breakfast booked at ohana for 8.00am and nether me or my mum drive so I was thinking that the best option would be to get a taxi.

How much would it cost around about? we are staying at Port Orleans river side. we don't plan on getting taxi's to all the ADRs, just in the morning.

Do we need to call for a taxi, or do they wait out side the resorts and do pick ups?

Thank you.

Taxi's would be the easiest option. Otherwise you would need to get a bus to MK and then the monorail to the Poly.
I would guess the one-way fare wouldn't be more than about $10-15 plus tip. Coming back you can get the monorail to MK and either go into the park to get the bus back to POR :)

You can get Bell Services at POR to get you a taxi - there are usually a few waiting at the front of the resort anyway.

Hi, Thanks we will do that and get a taxi, and after breakfast get the monorail to MK and visit the park.

How much do you normally tip on top of the taxi fare?

We did this several times in October and the fares tended to be in the region of $12 ($15 including tip).

Yes we always get a taxi to Victoria and Alberts as Mark won't get on the bus in his suit!

They re reliable and not too expensive and of course saves so much time.

LOL I don't blame him. On one trip we got on the bus at POR and there was a couple all dessed up in posh dress and suit and tie - this was in August and everyone else on the bus were in shorts and t-shirts. They looked so out of place :)
