If you are going via a TA, I wouldn't be surprised that they are charging you a fee. Not Disney, but the TA.
The number should be EXACTLY the same as quoted by Disney. It might not be the same number as a MYW package without dining though. Availability of a room type might make one of the nights go up in price.
Also, the TA could be adding their own insurance. AAA for example is a little cheaper than disney's.
