When I run WL packages for 3 adults and 1 child, I get a difference of @$90 more than if I run tickets for 4 days and room rate x 4 for the 3 adults (25 plus tax for extra adult considered in).
I am confused.
Example:
WL Woods figured separately
310 + 25= 335 x4= 1340
tax at 12.5%= 167
total room 1507

Tickets
3 adults (for 4 days) 233.24 x 3 = @700
1 child = 196
total tickets 896

Room and tickets should be 2403 for Woods view
WDW website says it is 2492

Difference is $89
I just can't figure this........:confused3

hmm, I'm not sure about that one. My prices match up online when I price a 4 night package vs what I booked for 7 nights. Did one of the prices include any extras like park hoppers or water parks and more?

I was actually surprised that I wasn't taxed on the free nights. I visit Atlantic City a lot and the comped rooms still assess a tax, but i think it might depend on the state. I would call Disney and find out.

No, there were no extras (accept the 3rd adult in the room accounted for in extra 25 per night and tickets).
Still off $90.:confused3

We are $84 over on our package at the Yacht Club. We also have a third adult in the room. I figured it was a charge for the extra adult on the three "free" nights. That would be $25 + $3 tax per night = $84. I'm not sure where your extra $6 is coming from. It may be the price for 5 days of park tickets. You usually purchase one day more of park tickets than the number of nights you are staying ( 4 night/5 days).
