Tax percentage for meals at Disney?

Hi all,

DH was trying to figure out what we will be paying for meals on our trip (it's our first time OOP), we usually leave 18% gratuity but does anyone know what the meal tax percentage is?

6.5% unless you are at All Stars then it is 7%.
