We have the plus dining plan. Is the Gratutity based on the cost of the plan per day, the cost of the meal or? What percent is the tax. I am just trying to plan.

Thank You!

All dining plans include applicable taxes in the plan price. None of the plans include gratuities, except where noted (CRT, dinner shows, grand gathering events, room service, and pizza delivery) -- the general expectation is to tip at each meal based on the value of each meal ordered, and of course, the quality of service received.

gratuities are based on cost of the meal, you pay after you eat. Taxes are included in the plan.

There is a suggest amount of the "tip" that comes on the bill when it arrives at your table. Taxes are included on the DDP.

Keep in mind, the "tip" is a suggested amount. You can either leave more for outstanding service, which we did last year. You can leave what is recommended or less if you feel you didn't receive the service you should have.

We didn't get the service that we should have and left a bit less. What a dirty look we got from our server. I think he thought that the "tip" on the bill was "owed" to him no matter what the service was.
