We had a GREAT TRIP!!!! I can't wait to start sharing it all with you....just gotta think of the TR title....

1) NO sickness!...almost!
2) NO Corn Dog Nuggets!
3) NO lines!
4) NO BOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!

YAY for having such a great trip!! I'm really enjoying the no lines part YAY!!!!!!!! I hope that trend continues in the next couple of weeks!!!! I'm glad sickness was to a minimum and that you had NO Boot!! YAY!!

You have some explaining to do as to why there was no indulgence of corn dog nuggets!!

Happy 2nd Birthday to Henry!! He is such a grown up boy. Those pictures of him are too precious. It makes me so sad to think of my own little boy turning two in less than a month now! It just goes by sooo fast. Hugs to you on the mommy guilt- don't feel too bad, at least he will be having a fun daddy day.

Oh, and I love Henry's "Mahee!" I think it's a good resemblance.

Henry really did have a great day with his Daddy, and the impromptu birthday party (and the week at Disney!) made up for me missing most of his actual birthday. Hopefully it will be the LAST one I miss for a long time though!

That would be me. I don't have ECV loading videos, I have ones ofmy Bill masterfully using power wheelchair . I am so happy to hear about your foot, but please, please take it easy.

I am certain I would have been ramming into all sorts of random objects with an ECV! I bet Bill is perfectly graceful with his wheelchair-I was really observant of the wheelchairs and ECVs on this trip being I was almost in one-I was amazed at how smoothly some people could zip around in them, on and off buses, through little line queues, etc!

Happy Birthday Henry!!! Such a big boy you are! And a fabulous Mickey artist!! Love it, Love it, Love it!!!

And here's a for you, Mom. You're doing an amazing job at being an awesome mom!!

Oh, Thank you--such sweet words!!! Looking back on Henry's actual birthday, work went well-and I got little updates from Joe throughout the day. It went about as good as it could have.

And I do think I have a possible artist on my hands, eh?

I hope you will get through your day at work without feeling too lousy, but I am sure Henry and Joe will have a wonderful day together. The pictures of him are so cute!

Have a magical trip, your plans sound great! I hope you will enjoy RD and I hope your foot will be good. Don't run around too much before your trip!! But I really hope that you are on the mend! I once had tendon problems and once they started to heal I found out that walking actually helped, propably because it got warmed up and help the blood circulation. So I hope it will work out like that for you as well.

I LOVE the Happy Birthday in German!!!!!!!!! I should really copy that somewhere and send it to my Mom on her birthday, she would probably recognize it enough to know what it was and really enjoy it!

That is very interesting about how walking helped your tendon. I don't know if that was the case with me, I did have some very minor pain late in the evening on a couple of the days of our trip, but it was so small that I just put IcyHot on before bed and was ready to go by the next day! And since we've been home, I've been completely fine too. I really hope I'm DONE with it all.

Thank you!! Henry DID have a great time with his Da Da at the tractor store, and also Menards and Best Buy (big TV's and phones at such a height where a toddler can just reach them and pull on them!). What a day it was!

Happy Birthday Henry!! I too am struggling on whether I should take off for Caleb;s 1st birthday on the 25th!! Its his 1st---but I don;t have any time as I just started the job but I think I might ask for a half day!! He goes to sleep soo early that I would have missed most of the day with him.

I hope you are able to get it off! Henry's 1st birthday landed right on Labor Day, so it worked out very nicely. I hope you are able to get at least a half day so you don't miss it all, but can do a bit of something special with him!

Can you believe he's 1 already?!? And this next year goes even faster.
