Keep checking regularly as people do change their plans. Also, they almost always open up more tasting spots in embarkation day. Once you‘re checked in and waiting in the terminal, log into the DCL app and you will be able to check for any new sessions they added.

It sure was frustrating for me too. I am just going to keep checking and also hope we can get at least one once we board. Newbies kinda get the sharft.
