Target,when will Easter candy go on clearance?

I am hoping Easter Sunday afternoon or evening. Any one remember from last year? Need some for a party in a couple of weeks.

I don't think it usually goes on clearance until the Monday after Easter, but I could be wrong.

I'm not sure if they are even open on Easter Sunday. I know a few years ago they were closed. Anymore the candy is only 30% the first few days after the holiday, so its not the good bargain it use to be. You may be better off at a place like CVS or Walgreens, they tend to go 50% sooner.

You know now that you mention it I remember that they were slow to mark down at Halloween. Thanks for the suggestion of wlagreens and cvs , I had not thought of that.

Target will be closed on Easter Sunday. They do 30% on candy for 3 days after the holiday, them it goes to 50%. However, at Valentine's day they started discounting sone if the novelty candy a grw days before the 14th. Target is so frustrating with their clearance. While I hate to recommend Wal-Mart, yhey do go to 50% clearance the following day, as do the drugstores.
