Target toy clearance

I managed to stop into my Target (Michigan) just as they were marking the toys down to 75% yesterday afternoon. I got to work late but it was well worth it! My big hits were the Magnetix I-coaster for $22, Diego Dino Mountain for $12, Matchbox space shuttle sets for $8.74, First Act Guitar for $7. There were still quite a few toys that they were keeping at the 30-50% off range so I'll be checking back for those. I picked up about $450 worth of toys for $116--I'm all set for the year's birthday presents! :woohoo:

Good luck to everyone!

I'm going to have to check out our Target as well! It'll have to be tomorrow - I've got too much going on tonight....guess I have lunch plans tomorrow! :rotfl:

Oh man, it's 12 below zero here today with a windchill of 30 below. School is cancelled because of the temps. Ugh! I REALLY need to get some boy birthday presents...oh the dilemma...

Lots of clearance toys at my Target...but everything was jumbled together and things were marked anywhere from 15% - 75% off. Lots of Legos and Playmobile sets at 75% off. My DS is only 18 months, but I was so tempted to buy a buch of Lego and Playmobile items and store them for when he is older....unfortunately I really shouldn't be spending the money right now!

I did buy the Little People Learn about Town for $9.98 (reg $39.99), Cars Shake N Go Mack Hauler w/Lightning McQueen $8.25 (reg $32.99), Fisher-Price Speed Racer Spiral Speedway $4.98 (reg $19.99), Diego Launch Loop & Rescue Track Set $4.98 (reg $19.99), Giant Disc Launcher $2.48 (reg $9.99), LPS Digital Pet $3.22 (reg $12.99) and a Dirt Devil play vacuum $3.75 (reg $15).

I am going to go to another Target after lunch and see what else I can find!!

Our Target had ZERO legos. Tons of megablox though. And it was a lot of 75% stuff.
We are under tight budget but these deals I couldn't pass on- Mostly for Birthday parties and I'm thinking Easter already.
So I got
The DIGJ for $22!!! It's the star wars one listed for $89 on their website and I was going to buy it at Christmas but cheaped out. Now I'm glad I waited.
A fisher Price All in one Learning desk- for $8(it's normally $29)
A Hot Wheels dual track race set.(the one that you hang from the door) for $4!
2 Iron Man play sets- those chunky guys 5 in a pack for $2.50 each. My boys love these figures so I had to get those== normally around $10.
A make a bracelet kit Creativity Kit for my daughter for $2
They had TONS of girl stuff but my daughter is older- they had the Poly Pocket Mall thing for $12! I almost bought that just because it's so cheap but I resisted.

So all in all a good stop. I spent money that I didn't really need to spend but they will all go either into Easter baskets(the desk and the Didj and the iron man stuff) the track will be a birthday party present.

For those of you whose Target went to 75%, did it ever go to 50%??

Ours is stuck at 30% and I'm wondering if it'll go to 50% first..........

Any word on the other Richmond, VA stores?

I went today and got there around 10am (Midlo Turnpike) and the place was a madhouse! Prices were everywhere from 30-75% off. I don't know how the word got out that they did markdowns..is it all over the net or something, I really only come here. :lmao: Anyway..there were people with cartfuls (any disers?) so I didn't get much. I just got 2 Barbie playsets, a My Generation Doll, and a Bratz horse, all for $21. So I have 2 birthdays done!

They had a ton more, and the thing I was most interested in wasn't marked down. I REALLY wanted the LPS 12 pet playset for cheaper than $12. It was marked down 50%, but $12 for 12 pets isn't enough of a deal for me. I would love to get it for $6..was anyone able to get that for $6? They seem to be flying at my store for 50%..boohoo, I may miss out.

went to the Mechaniscville store today. Sadly I have NO money to spend and it was killing me. LOL Thankfully there wan't any thing that I could live w/o. They were marking prices when I was there and all % points were mixed in tog.

They also have 30% off clearance clothes till Sat. Same thing there every thing I needed for the boys, not in the size I needed :(

Target in Vero Beach, FL was 50% and 75% off today. It was a madhouse.

They had a ton of Dora stuff, Yo Gabba Gabba merchandise, tents, some PlayDoh accessories that were still at 30% (I had the guy scan to make sure.)

I found many things for 75% off. Do I need all of it? No.

My Target was marked at 30% on Wednesday. I went today (Thursday...I lucked out! School was cancelled because of the cold and I'm a teacher.) Everything was a jumbled mess. Some 30%, some 50%, some 75% all together on the shelves. Most signs said 30% off, but the orange clearance price stickers were correct. I verified several things with the price check scanners since several things I wanted weren't marked down enough yet.

I did buy quite a few things, though. I wish mine would have had LEGOS. They didn't have any on clearance! I was wishing my kids were younger or that I knew more toddlers since much of the stuff was for that age. But my niece and nephews are set for birthdays and Christmas 2009!

I will NOT BE GOING TO TARGET!!! Sigh..ok, had to get that out. I shovled snow and played with the puppy today!! Gotta get DS from the bus soon...and I am not going anywhere near Target!! Yea me!!

I went and they were reorganizing the entire toy section. A saw a little clearance, but not a lot. I asked an associate and she said that most of their clearance is in the back and it will be brought out whenever they get everything set. That means I'll be going back to check every few days and that is not good for my wallet as I always come home with extra stuff. Perhaps I should forget about the toys.

Anybody in Connecticut see any 75% off today? I was in the Milford Target last night and it was only 30% off.

I have been saying it to myself all day! I do not NEED anything...I am NOT going.....:goodvibes

Well I sent my DH out to Target

We were just interested in Legos

He scored:

Lego Creator (one with the Steg on the front) for $11.xx
Agent #7 lego set for $12.xx (I believe this was a Target exclusive)
Lego City Sea Plane for $9.xx
Lego Bionicle (large) for $9.xx
Lego Bionicle (small) for $3.xx

We really wanted some Star Wars Lego sets if we can get some but there were none to be found.

The only non-Lego item he got was Star Wars Clone Wars Monopoly for $4.xx

All this was marked 75% off.

Went to another Target this afternoon and found a couple of items for 75% off, but most were 30-50%. I bought the My Little Pony Advent Calendar for $3.74....but I found an awsome deal for my 18 month old....I saw the Step 2 Deluxe Canyon Road Train and Track Table on a very high shelf by the games and I could tell it had a red tag. So an employee got it down for me and the red tag said $67.98...(regular price is $99.99) but he scanned it for me and it scanned at $24.98!!!! WOW!! It was a 75% off item that got missed on the markdowns!!!
