target $ spot clearance

hey guys, the old stuff in the $ spot is now 75% off! (so it's all a quarter!) great stuff for altering!, tins, cd covers (with the hideous patches inside that I'm throwing out), all that handmade paper and notecards, journals to alter.... shall I go on? it may have a sign saying 50% off still, it's not its all a quarter, including those big 1 liter bottles of water that say something about air oxygen... I bought 6. maggie

ps: glo sticks, all kinds of card games, poker stuff... it was a good target day

I went yesterday and all the stuff was new in the $$ spot. Did they move yours or is it still in the $$ spot? Maybe I just missed out on all of it?

Hey, don't throw out the pins, alter them! I don't know what they look like. Are they the round ones with the sayings? You could alter those, couldn't you?

Ours is cleaned out but I can't wait until tomorrow. I want some more of those baskets for 75%

I forgot to mention the little pill boxes that were kind of a weird shape (they had 4 compartments, 2 were kind of big and 2 were small) anyhow, they are perfect for brads, eyelets... I wish I had grabbed more than 2. Mabye I can get in there early this am before school...

finally got all the stuff put away where dh wouldn't notice it (well except for the liter water bottles... "um dear, what's with the water?" I just smiled and said, "it was 25cents a bottle". he rolled his eyes but didn't say anything else about it (what a smart guy ) maggie

Actually, I got some of those little "compartment" thingies also! Love them! Filled them up with brads, eyelets, rhinestones, etc. But I actually found some cheaper the same day at Michael's... so I ended up with both. But I was able to "share" with my DS... he always needs boxes/storage for his little building sets (legos, magnetix, etc.).

Anyhow, DS appears to have an ear infection, so I will be making a trip to the pediatrician's office today... coincidentally there is a Target in the same town!! I'm sure I'll need to stop in for Motrin, etc, right??....P

went back today... (yes I have a target addiction, especially to clearance stuff)... found the document boxes!
how excited was I? bought them all! It was a good shopping day. maggie

Oh my gosh! I had a BALL at my Target dollar spot today! About half of the area was 75% off! I got a bunch of stuff for the goody bags for DD's "SPA" themed b.day party this summer! And I found all that fun scrapping stuff that was posted about before... YIPPEE! For once my store had the fun stuff you all talk about! I was only able to get 2 glow sticks, but I got some bottled water and a few Easter basket fillers as well. Loads of stuff was marked down to .25. I was really surprised! And it looks like they are getting in some cute new baby stuff. I'm going to a shower next month, so I grabbed a few things to add to the gift....THanks for the heads up!!.....P

BTW, DS does have an ear infection Fortunately he isn't feeling that poorly and was able to help me with my stuff at Target (my hands were full!).....P
