Any Canadians out there able to take advantage of a Target Red card to get 5% discount on Dinsey gift cards?

Not yet. I just tried to buy online, but their website says you have to go to the store. I'll be making a Detroit trip in the summer, and hope to buy some then.

I went to target in U.S. recently and they wouldn't even let me take out a red card?? They said they now require a SS# for both their credit card and debit card.

Oh, yeah, I'm sorry. Now I understand the question. I am a dual citizen, which is how I have a Target card and a Disney Visa.
